Boteco VIP offers delicious food and friendly staff, making it a great neighborhood restaurant. The restaurant is suitable for large parties, but it is important to note that there may be limitations for early bird menus and an auto gratuity for large parties. The food is fresh and good, featuring standout dishes like dinner salads, hot rolls, the Seafood Trio Special, tropical shrimp, short rib croquettes, and yuca fries. The pico de gallo is handmade and delicious. They provide very good cocktails, including a great margarita, and have vegan and gluten-free options.
The service is generally amazing, although sometimes there can be a bit of a language barrier, and the wait staff can be hard to get. Customers have remarked that the bartenders and wait staff need better training on mixed drinks and serving wine. The place is often packed, especially on busy nights, and while it can get very loud inside, the food remains great. Any choice from their wide menu selection is fantastic. Overall, Boteco VIP offers great value for its customers and continues to be a must-visit spot.
