WHAT A GREAT TIME WE HAD WITH CHRIS THE DJ AND WATCHING ALL OF THE FANTASTIC SINGERS SING KARAOKE! FOOD WAS GREAT TOO! OUR WAITRESS WAS WONDERFUL TOO ~ WE HAD A FUN NIGHT!
Everyone was incredibly nice including the Retail Sales Lady, Trinity, at the entrance as well as our server/bartender, Hostess and Manager. The food was good and fresh! My granddaughter had a wonderful time too!
This is not our first trip to Hard Rock. Food is always top notch. Our only complaint was we were at a 4 person table and a party of 8 was seated together and they had slid the tables together. We asked if we could move back 1 table so my husband didn't get bumped because there was an awkward space. The waiter said there would be no issue with the wait staff. It wasn't the wait staff, it was the patrons they were seating and that were leaving. My husband was bumped multiple times....read full review
