Hard Rock Cafe is always a must-see. And Myrtle would be no different.We ordered a non-alcoholic drink, the drink was a little sweet but ok and a pizza which was delicious. It would work very kindly but unfortunately I don't remember her name.

Today was Meghans first day on her own. She was so attentive and kept my 2 water glasses full. If she didn't know an answer she asked and got us an answer. She was very friendly and had nice things to say. The food was also on point. We had dessert for our appetizer and burgers for dinner!

The food was excellent and our waiter, Stephen, did a phenomenal job. Stephen was the best, most accommodating, friendly waiter that our group received this entire weekend. My only complaint is that it’s freezing cold indoors and you may need to layer up.

So their screw up they should have given them to usThe manager never came over to apologize. The Hard Rock used to be a great place to go now it's just average..

My cousin has celiac disease & can not have gluten we took a pizza in there so she could eat & not be left out. We was told by the manager she could not have the food because it’s from an outside restaurant. We were told we had to purchase gluten free food from their menu. We had a party of 10 people that was willing to spend money in the restaurant. Sad to know that this restaurant does not cater to people who have a gluten allergy. Discriminating.
The food wasn't good at all and the server was rushing to take our order like he was ready for us to leave this is a definite no and I will not be back

I ordered a burger and fries with no tomato. The burger came out raw the inside was not cooked I made it to the server attention I got a real bad attitude from the server I said thank you anyway but I don't want it I need it. Cooked well doneI explained I lost 8 in of my colon she gave me an attitude I told her to forget it I didn't want it I tried to be nice about it if you cold french fries. My party finished their food it was just okay you could have went to McDonald's it would have been more satisfied in my 65 years I've always tipped I'm a good tipper. This time I had to stand up for my self and I wrote no tip for the first time in my life. Waitress not friendly as you explain the problem.I say stay away from hard rock I don't need my colon operation again. Zero stars

Every aspect of this restaurant is amazing. The environment, the bands, the service, the gift shop, and most importantly the food! I’d always recommend this place to anyone visiting Myrtle beach. I also love how there open on New Year’s Day, New Year’s Eve, and other holidays where most places are typically closed. I’ve never had a bad experience in the slightest when visiting. Definitely check it out it’s great!

We were seated and then left alone for 20 minutes! A couple came in way after us were seated and waited on. We left and went to Bar Louie where we were seated, waited on and eating within 15 minutes.

Our server, Joey, amazing personality, kept our drinks full and table clean. Highly recommend him as a server.Parking: Hard Rock is located in a shopping center with many other establishments. They have plenty of parking, just pay attention where you park. It could be a long distance to the restaurant. Look at a map for close parking.Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment has a main level which has plenty of room for a wheelchair: Easy and safe entrance.
