It’s an older building. I honestly thought it was older than 1987, but each unit is individually owned, and ours was really nice. We rented through Airbnb and stayed in a unit on the 7th floor, and it was great!
As other reviews mention, the parking is definitely annoying because of the building pillars, but there’s really no way around that. There’s also a parking garage around the back, but it’s pretty tight.

Been staying here for over 20 years. The suites are spacious and ocean front.
Always love the stay here rooms clean pools cleans kid friendly and great rates 👌

St. Clement's Suites offers a mix of experiences. The accommodation has been described as not well-furnished in some units, with limited space for hanging clothes and only a few small drawers. The room was comfortable, clean, and the bed was nice. The elevators did not have that unpleasant smell. The food/drink cafe available before the beach makes good drinks. The pool was in need of a little upkeep, but it served its purpose. The laundry facilities are available on-site, and maintenance and housekeeping were friendly. Overall, guests would stay at St. Clement's Suites again.
