Not going to write, just pointing stuff*Bad odor*Old carpet*Nasty smell room*Not heated pool " we were told that it was"*Not exchange machine at laundry*Parking area designed by an apprentice engineer (horrible)*Bathtub was dirty* Sliding doors appears to have never seen a clean towelFor Air B&B renters beware ( the Lobby is called Lobby or front desk ) but theres is Not a front desk , so if you have questions they will be answered by the AirBnB agent by email or text and they are general answers they don't have clue what's going on with the place.

We stayed in unit #405. We have stayed in several other units before and this unit was not well furnished at all. No place to hang clothes. Only a few small drawers. Luckly it was just the two of us. You can choose the unit online when you book but the pictures are deceiving. These units are mostly owned by private people and managed by the Caravelle resort. The owner of this unit must be very cheap.

My family stayed at willow bat right next to this so it was a very easy place to go get a drink or snack from the beach and the staff was awesome highly recommend

Let’s start off by saying this is literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was infested with cockroaches. I’ve never seen so many in my life. There was 0 room service. Had to call multiple times just for someone to bring towels. The room wasn’t even cleaned properly, doesn’t look like the sheets was even washed. This is actually the first review I’ve ever written just because I’m not one to complain but this was unacceptable and awful. It’s bad when u have cockroaches climbing on the walls above your 8month old baby sleeping. We checked out the same day we checked in. I told them I would not stay in the same hotel and after the woman at the front desk was being a jerk she finally tried to start helping us out and said there was a room in the next hotel (still owned by caravelle) it was the resort but we check the room out and thankfully didn’t see no roaches. But there was spilled old milk and cereal on the floor but that was nothing to me at this point. Needless to say don’t let the word “resort” fool you because it was just as bad minus cockroaches crawling on the walls. If I can at least save 1 person the trouble we went through by writing this review I will. Please don’t spend any money on this hotel. I dont even rate it a 1 star but it was required

The view was really nice from the 7th floor. Our room, from our understanding, was one of the nicer rooms in the complex. The bar & grill (located next to the pool with an observation deck on top of it) has decent food as well as drinks.Parking here is a little rough. It's pretty tight getting in & out. There's parking below the complex, but it's difficult to maneuver one's vehicle in/out(particularly if it's a full size vehicle such as a 4-door truck, Expedition, Tahoe, etc.), so just be cautious & careful.Overall, our stay here wasn't bad. We enjoyed our time.

Great burgers right on the beach! Cold adult beverages hit the spot as well. Outdoor tables to enjoy sun and sand.

Nice place on the beach to have a drink. Recommend the Rum punch. Nice crowd who volunteered recommendation on other places and restaurants.

We have been staying at the St. Clement's Suites for years now. We have met and know some of the owners of the condos. These are NOT hotel rooms, they are personally owned and furnished. The staff in the building and on the grounds are friendly and helpful every year. With the exception of one person at the front desk at the Caravelle Offices no one knows what it is going on and almost every trip there are issues. This trip was par for the course but was made worse by hurricane Ian.The St. Clement's is older and yes the parking is a pain but I haven't hit a pillar yet but the view is incredible. The beach bar and grill is right out the front door and if you don't want to go anywhere for a couple of days and eat lunch/dinner there. It is centrally located along the beach and you have Barefoot Landing to the north and Broadway at the Beach to the south along with downtown MB.If you want a beach stay and don't mind driving 5 minutes to get groceries or anything else stay here. They don't build this close to the beach anymore and after riding out the hurricane Friday I can understand why.As a bonus if they do an evening or night launch from Cape Canaveral you can watch it go across your view over the ocean. We watched the SpaceX launch leave the cape and arc up and across our view from FL up until it went into space. We saw the booster when it did the 3-engine fire to slow down to land on the barge at sea. You could not see the spacecraft but you can see the exhaust plume. I have video and pics.

UNIT 207. Moderately priced. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Well appointed kitchen. Only a few steps to beach. Spectacular view of ocean through wide expanse of windows to balcony. Very comfortable stay. Owner also owns unit 208 so I would expect same experience there. Highly recommend.

Stayed in privately owned UNIT 207. Room was super clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Spectacular view of the ocean and just a few steps to get onto the beach. Nothing to complain about. A very comfortable stay. Highly recommend UNIT 207. Only negative was pulling ourselves away to go home. This owner owns UNIT 208 as well so I would think that one staying there would be equally as pleased.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in,No TV, no Phone, Not enough towels and rags for everyone, roaches, out dated carpet, mold on the ceilings. And our air condoning in our room stopped working during the night, it was awful. We have to keep pushing to get a new room with air conditioning, and when we asked to talk to corporate the manager refused to give the number.Plus, I have asthma. The mold and hot air made it very difficult to breathe.Don’t even get me started in the parking places, dodging huge poles. The maids are very nice though, and there’s some good people. But the stay over all was stressful having to move rooms.

We loved coming to the St. Clements Beach Bar. We were staying at the Caravelle, so the St. Clements bar was very convenient for us. The drinks were good, food was good, and the staff were friendly and fun to talk to. We miss this bar!!
