“We dine there with friends on a Sunday evening. It took a while for us to be seated as the hostess was trying to arrange seating for other customers. One seated, we enjoyed cocktails, and several appetizers, one of which was the muscles. The muscles were excellent, I was not a fan of the fig and prosciutto flatbread. My husband had the flounder and it was delicious. The pasta dish was excellent as was my seafood dish. I will definitely come back.“
“We were welcomed with beautiful faces that were happy to feed us. Jiggys has everything for everyone. My wife and I & our 2 kids enjoyed homemade pastas, meatballs, chicken, variety of sausages and veggies dishes that were delicious and full of flavor. “Clean store but could use more than 2 small tables and 4 chairs. Counter girl didn’t seem very pleasant but it was early and maybe she was just having a bad day. Or she could be like me… not a smiler. No harm no foul. I hate when ppl tell me to smile. Ice cream was good. I can’t find my NY Super Fudge Chunk anywhere in NE Phila anymore.“
“The was the first brick and mortar Ben and Jerry's experience I've ever had, and I can't wait to have another. The girl working the counter (I wish I remembered her name) was very courteous, and made the task of preparing my 2 sons, 2 nephews, and my orders look effortless. Since I hadn't been to an actual store prior to today, I really had no connection to their brand other than the occasional cup purchased from various grocery stores. I'm so glad we stopped in, and look forward to our next visit. Btw, our visit was today around 3pm and the girl was really short and super friendly. Great Job...short girl!“
“Not only do I love ice cream, but the chocolate brownie ice cream was delish, witerally. “Friends wanted to introduce me to this business a few days ago. I forgot that this once was an Applebee's, but you'd never knot it by the upfit!It seemed that they were essentially a full house... and scene felt the need to be louder than the person beside them, which is not the must inviting experience you'd expect.Service was good, which is always a plus! The Oil / Bread was tasty, so much so that we requested a 2nd basket... That basket was rock hard and had to be taken back as it was literally inedible. The 3rd was somewhat warm in the outsid, but when we pulled it apart, it was literally ICE COLD on the inside. No big deal, probably didn't need the carbs anyway, but I hate seeing wasted food...I had the lasagna, which was pretty tasty, less the marinara... it lacked flavor, much like pureed tomatoes with not much love added to the mix. Notice by the plate, it didn't slow me down much, but it's absolutely worth noting.... and it wasn't just me who noticed this.... two others at the table said the same thing about the marinara.On the upside- the salad was very good! Fresh greens, not a bagged salad mix like many restaurants use.All in all, would the noise, bread and marinara issues prevent a return visit? NO.“
