“I ordered my food thru the drive thru. As soon as I got to the window, the server took my card and the first thing she asked is: “Do I want to leave a tip?”. First of all, a Tip is for service provided. It is not for making a drink. The hourly rate pays for someone to make my drink. There is No service involved when going thru a drive thru. I pay for my drink and I receive it - The end. Now, if I were to go inside and receive service, that would be different. Please stop asking for Tip money when I’m handing you my card to pay for a drink.“
“The sweet blonde lady working this morning was great! She was working alone but was efficient doing online orders and helping us. She acknowledged us as soon as we came in and let us know how many orders were ahead of us. She also made great smoothies and we could see from her interactions that she cares about her work. Didn’t catch her name but she was great!“
