“Hands down, one of the best locations I've been to as far as customer service! I travel for work and every time that Im here in town, I place an order. The entire staff is always nice and the food is always good! I rarely go to the locations near my actual home because of the high expectations set from this location. Thank yall!!!“
“This is an excellent location typically but just a bit of advice: If a customer is sitting idle for a few minutes at a time and has not been helped in any capacityit’s probably a good idea to check in to see if they need any help with anything. Even if the answer might be no.
In the past, when I’ve ordered DoorDash from this location to pick it up for myself, I have been able to go to the online pick up order and snag my bag.
Granted, I do not live here and it’s been a couple of months since I’ve been back so clearly things have changed. It’s probably not ideal to assume that all customers know the policy right off hand.
And while I do take responsibility for not necessarily going up to the counter and checking on my order immediately, it still would’ve been nice for someone to at some point ask me if I needed help with anything instead of watching me sit there.
Again, still an excellent location just a little buttoning up I think is probably helpful“
