“My son loved his smoothie!I absolutely love this location regardless my family' experience.*what happened was an honest mistake!*We love how friendly the staff is, and how quick the drink came out to us!I made it very clear that my son has a severe dairy allergy aka anaphylaxis - no cross contamination in any way possible.A mistake was made as my 1 year old began to break out in hives. Luckily it was not enough to cause anything more than that at this time. I of course returned to the location to make them aware.The manager on shift was so understanding and apologetic, this situation has definitely allowed for a learning experience! An opportunity to grow from this and train employees about whey protein being Dairy!My family is not at all angry, we understand mistakes happen and will be returning to allow for better experience.“
“The Mango-something smoothie with yogurt was notably good, but it seems like they forgot the quesa in my dilla, and a fruit fly flew out of the box when I opened it in the car. Extra protein to compensate? I don’t know, I’m personally not going to come again, but you should try your luck!“
