Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Greensboro

“2nd time visiting and I am so happy to have a smoothie shop close by especially with it being Summer Months. Today around 8:30pm, I called several times to place my order by phone since for some reason the online wasn't working with my payment method. Ended up driving there and showing up,12 mins prior to closing. All the girls said no they couldn't take our orders. I was really sad. I explained I call several times prior to closing. Apparently the lady right behind me who also wanted to order, also called several times prior to arriving and nobody was answering. It wasn't until Kamari H stood up and said not to worry and was kind enough to place our orders. She said she heard the phone ring and asked all the other girls where the phone ones because she heard it ringing. While the other girls kept saying no we don't take order, Kamari was very nice to take our orders. I had just finished exercising around 8:30pm and really just wanted something refreshing. So thank you Kamari for making my 2nd visit a positive one!“

“I called early because someone was picking up my smoothie and it would be after the pick up time i ordered. He told me he would just remake it when they arrived. He really came through because this is the absolute best smoothie ive had in a long time! Idk who he was but bless youu this day!“

“Stephanie is so very sweet and over the top customer service and she usually knows my order I try to come there on my way to work love this tropical smoothie place I recommend this location I haven’t had a bad experience with any of the team member there ever they are all so sweet“

“Great service and the food was prepared with integrity and care. One of my favorite locations! I like being on a college campus at times so this was perfect. My family of 5 had seating at the smoothie bar, special thanks to the young ladies who served us! 🫶🏾“
