My first time trying tropical smoothie was at this location and I did not like it. I thought tropical smoothie was overrated until my sister took me to a different location and I really enjoy my next two experiences. I decided to stop at this location on the way home and once again, I did not like the experience. My smoothie tasted nasty & bland, exactly how I remembered it the first time. Placed an order through the app for delivery. Ordered 3 smoothies and a bowl. One smoothie entirely missing from order and then the two that were delivered were labeled incorrectly as well as being made incorrectly. Asked for white chocolate in one of smoothies and can clearly see that regular chocolate was used in the smoothie. Tried to call the establishment and there was no answer and a machine stating that they weren’t excepting calls at the time. Will never order from this...read full review

I have been a regular customer of this TSC location for years, but I am going to have to stop now because the service and quality has gone downhill so much in the last few months.
