IMMA KEEP IT REAL: If you do not have the patience of a SAINT, keep pushing lol but it's definitely worth the wait!! I suggest calling your order in about an hour before you want to pick it up, and have about 15 minutes to wait when you pull up. im not exaggerating. PARKING IS GOING TO BE NONEXISTENT; you might find a spot right in front, you might have to risk parking somewhere you have no business parking. but if it's after 5pm, you shouldn't have to worry about UNCG parking...read full review
I honestly enjoyed the food. The 3 stars because they opened about 15 after the time mentioned on phone recording, and I also had to wait an hour and a half for 2 chicken plates. This was my 1st visit, so I'm not sure if today was just one of those days or if this is around the norm. I do still recommend it because the food was good and I honestly will go back. What's lacking in atmosphere (makeover happening soon), is made up in warm, lovely conversation with the owner and delicious food! I tried the cabbage, Mac n cheese, fried fish and j*** chicken - all were DELICIOUS! I'll definitely make this place a regular!
