“Everything was great, delicious food and got seated quickly, wonderful atmosphere. The waitress was busy so just took a little longer for refills and quite a bit longer to get our bill but don't hesitate to check out this amazing place!!!!“

“By far the best location of this restaurant. I had ordered an online order at the one in winston salem and when I got there the store was closed. I wasn’t sure why it was closed, so many other people were outside wondering the same thing. I called the Greensboro location and the manager Alex was super nice and accommodating. He made my order for me there and had it ready when I came in. Winston Salem always has some sort of issues but never Greensboro. Thank you again Alex!“

“I come here often and have even brought business to this place. Today for the first time I was served a chopped hamburger on nachos and when I sent it back the "GM" was very rude and told me that I should have told them I didn't want a hamburger on my food because it's still "beef".. I am disgusted by the service I received today and before the restaurant responds I DARE you to look at those cameras and see who was in the wrong. This was simply another case of a white woman using her privilege to weaponize the police. Work on your customer service and de-escalation skills. Calling the police on a paying customer because they don't like your food as they are agreeing to leave is even more disgusting than the food was today. 0 stars if I could“

“What else can I say but this place is exceptional. Today, we went to celebrate my wife's birthday as it is a family favorite. This place was busy! Spencer is already one of the hardest working Managers in Greensboro, and he was out there with the rest of the staff making sure everything was moving along. Our server, Alex, was incredible and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was exceptional, from appetizer to dessert. We had the Parmesan Artichoke cheese dip, the honey-chili aioli fried chicken sandwich, hot dog (for the kiddo), and for dessert we had the Kahlua Espresso Cheesecake (coffee w/ Bailey's for Mom and Dad). We are somehow always more impressed with this place every visit and can't wait to get back!“

“I was really in the mood for a Bacon egg and cheese sandwich tonight. Its not on their menu, but since they have the ingredients on hand they accommodated me. It was satisfying, crunchy and delicious. Center Grove is our little local place that never fails to give us a great little meal on those nights when cooking is the last thing we want to do.“

Instead of the duck fat fries we got broccoli which was soft and topped with shredded cheese. Not bad at all. If you do get fries, from what I observed people got huge portion sizes. I would absolutely come back here to explore more of the menu. They also have daily specials and happy hour prices. The music was awesome too. Great feel. Great hits from back in the day. And the waiter was outstanding. I think his name was Brian??? But definitely a guy you want serving/representing your restaurant. Thanks guys, fun spot !“

“What started as a $4.15 Happy Meal on a road trip the day after Christmas, proceeding to hungry and very angry parents late at night after several other restaurants ended up being closed or refusing to serve walk-in customers, ended with a $40 meal and the angel at the Jake’s Diner drive-thru. I don’t actually know what’s on the menu, and honestly, they probably could’ve served Lunchables and I’d have still given them a four star review. Thank you for being open late the night after Christmas, thank you to the nice girl at the window for simply wanted 3 chicken sandwiches and fries, one spicy, and making it happen. The food was great, the service was quick, and you saved our night.“

“Our waiter was rubbing some girls' hair and scalp for 3-4 minutes before coming to serve us. two of our party of 5 were there for lunch. the waiter did not wash his hands and we were disgusted. we did not say anything as I decided to make a written comment at home. He also did not write down our orders saying he had been doing this a long time and didn't need to write down the orders. My friend and I were not happy about him rubbing the friend's hair and scalp in front of customers. thank you“

“Wonderful customer service started at check-in and continued throughout the stay! The Bistro morning staff 3/19 was warm and welcoming! Very clean rooms, close to downtown and interstate. Only took 10 minutes to get downtown all weekend which was nice. Parking was great, you can park on whatever side of the property you are staying on. Would stay again!“

Creative and delicious sides like potato and pasta salad with broccoli. Plus an environment that calls for you to sit back and enjoy. “Nice and quiet. We went around 12 and the outside doors were locked. We called and they don’t open those doors until 2 but you can enter through the hotel. It was nice and quiet so we could visit with family. We chose because of the ceasar salad on the online menu. We ordered salads, grilled chicken sandwich, fried sweet potatoes, and fried pickles. Everything was hot and delicious. Service was on point.“
