“Derek and his folks did an outstanding job for our daughters wedding of 200+ people! Derek is a great guy, very accommodating, and we LOVED his food! I even had some of the "Pickiest" of guests tell us how great the food was which says a lot! We will use Derek and his team for other events in the future! Great guy and even better food if that's possible!“

“AWESOME! Little Mom& Pop diner. We went for breakfast and I had two eggs oe and a 5oz hamburger steak with grits. My wife had the Western Omelet. My eggs and burger were cooked perfectly and the grits were nice and smooth. The omelet had sautéed onions and peppers in it which a lot of places just add raw veggies into the mix. It was done they way it should be and perfect amount of cheese. We got there about 8:45am and the morn rush was gone but it is a very small place with maybe a dozen tables and booths. We were thrilled with the service and my coffee cup was always full. Parkers is a place we will definitely go back to in the future. 👍😁“

“This diner is a hidden gem I passed by every time I go to my parents house. It's a diner that feels cozy and authentic. Not upscale, but great coffee and eggs cooked exactly as runny as you want them. Pancakes were on point, and bacon was crispy. Get here.“

“We were in town shopping at a few stores and wanted somewhere different to eat. Melt came up with a lot of really good reviews and now we know why. Everything was really good, the restaurant was clean and the service from Raegan R was top notch. The duck fat fries won’t let you down!“

“I am here in North Carolina helping with my mom, and this food is awesome. I eat several times when I come up. It's a must. Its my favorite place to eat. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I love the way they treat my mom and truly care about people.“

“Grill Cheese sandwich- $4.50 White sandwich bag- .45 cents. Tax- .35 cents = One grill cheese sandwich to go- $5.30. Or make 10 at home for $4.50 and save the bag and tax. America is in serious trouble. Todd's s not the problem. We are for allowing this to happen. I will never allow anyone to sell me a white sandwich bag for 45 cents again. Cannot afford this place any longer. Sorry for the owners.“

“I normally don’t write reviews. This was My Family and I first time here. It’s nothing fancy but it was nice. We had a big group (12) there was enough seating for us and our food came out fairly quick. There was an issue with our pizza being dropped (things happen) The lady at the counter was very nice and apologetic. They already had a new pizza in the oven and offered us chips or fries while we waited. Which the pizza came out in no time, she even brought it to us and apologized again and asked if we needed anything else. The young man busing tables was very friendly and helpful. I wish I would have got their names to give them kudos but they unfortunately don’t have name tags.“

“What started as a $4.15 Happy Meal on a road trip the day after Christmas, proceeding to hungry and very angry parents late at night after several other restaurants ended up being closed or refusing to serve walk-in customers, ended with a $40 meal and the angel at the Jake’s Diner drive-thru. I don’t actually know what’s on the menu, and honestly, they probably could’ve served Lunchables and I’d have still given them a four star review. Thank you for being open late the night after Christmas, thank you to the nice girl at the window for simply wanted 3 chicken sandwiches and fries, one spicy, and making it happen. The food was great, the service was quick, and you saved our night.“

“Riz is an amazing bartender. He will absolutely try to match you to your ideal cocktail and watching him work is an education.
For a hotel bar the atmosphere was great.
The bar is quite small, so if like me you like to sit up at the counter you may be sos at busy times.“

“Rachel and I ate at MJ's Saturday night and it was one of the Best meals that I have ever eaten in a restaurant. Michael Angelo is alive and well and working as a chef at MJ's. There is No Way that this restaurant is a 4.7, its got to be a solid 5. If you want the Best meal that you have ever eaten, try MJ's. You will be glad that you did !“
“Wonderful customer service started at check-in and continued throughout the stay! The Bistro morning staff 3/19 was warm and welcoming! Very clean rooms, close to downtown and interstate. Only took 10 minutes to get downtown all weekend which was nice. Parking was great, you can park on whatever side of the property you are staying on. Would stay again!“

“Went here for my 30th Birthday and me and my friends had a great experience. Jeff served us and he was OUTSTANDING!!! Very helpful and understanding when my friend wanted to switch his order. Loved my experience and we will definitely be back soon!!!!!
Update 2/13/2026 My friend and I visited again! Service was even better and Manager Eric was amazing! As soon as we sat down we were greeted he even checked on us throughout our visit! Thanks so much for the great service and food!!!“
