Our waiter was rubbing some girls' hair and scalp for 3-4 minutes before coming to serve us. two of our party of 5 were there for lunch. the waiter did not wash his hands and we were disgusted. we did not say anything as I decided to make a written comment at home. He also did not write down our orders saying he had been doing this a long time and didn't need to write down the orders.
