Bagels are the best! I go out of my way to enjoy the bagels. Customer service is usually good. However today was not the best. No spoke, barely any friendly interaction even after I tried. I still will not take away as this is not the norm.
I had an amazing experience today while doordashing. JB from Bruegger's Bagels at Friendly Center, pushed the order through so I could get to the guest on time. After I left, apparently there was an error at the store where something was not given to me. Then, JB realizing something was missing, took it upon himself to leave the store and bring the rest of the items to me 15 minutes away.
