One of the best bagel houses I've ever been to. Quick customer service, food was awesome, brisket bagel amazing, egg was cooked to perfection, and the flavor was wow, like a flavor barrage to the taste buds, and the coffee is great and it's cheaper than Caribou coffee down the road, and more coffee

I ordered the avocado tomato bacon on an everything bagel. There was no bacon, a small smear of avocado, smaller smear of sundried tomato cream cheese. If I had not already gone home. I would have returned it.I never leave reviews, but this was absolutely terrible ?.

Would give zero stars if I could. Bagels are ok but the service is way off. In our party of three, staff only accepted one of our orders and began preparing. It seems like there is no one managing because staff seems to be haphazardly doing different orders. There seems to be no structure/process from order taking through cashing out. Extremely dysfunctional. Next time, go to the location on Battleground. Much better over there.

The cashier was yelling at his staff before he turned around and ignored me completely while the other staff asked what I wanted. Store looked dirty, food looked wet and cold. Won’t come again.

Bagels are the best! I go out of my way to enjoy the bagels. Customer service is usually good. However today was not the best. No spoke, barely any friendly interaction even after I tried. I still will not take away as this is not the norm.

I had an amazing experience today while doordashing. JB from Bruegger's Bagels at Friendly Center, pushed the order through so I could get to the guest on time. After I left, apparently there was an error at the store where something was not given to me. Then, JB realizing something was missing, took it upon himself to leave the store and bring the rest of the items to me 15 minutes away. It was perfect timing because I was still there to receive the missing items. His actions were the epitomy of great customer service, which was appreciated by all. Thank you so much.

I usually go to the battleground location, which I’d recommend over this one. Today I came in and 4 employees (1 man looked to be the manager) all kinda just stared at us and didn’t say anything, and then one of the girls did take our order luckily. I don’t expect to always be greeted (it’s good practice but no one is perfect) but it felt really awkward. I found it ironic that the male manager was talking to the other girls about hard work while standing there talking and ignoring customers…. The food was pretty much the same taste and quality as the other location I’m used to going to, but the treatment and vibe here was really strange….
