“Horrible experience at Chick Fil A tonight. I ordered my food on the App. I went inside to retrieve my order, my name was on the bag with the correct. I get home and the order is completely wrong. I drive back to Chick Fil A and tell them about the wrong order. They REFUSED TO GET ME THE correct order without the BAG!!!! I had the receipt and order on my phone. My husband had to bring the bag with the wrong item. I’ve never felt so disrespected!!! Horrible experience!!! They deserve 0 stars.“

“Food is always great, which is why I’m still leaving 5 stars. However, I was surprised to see I was charged $3.90 just for extra cilantro and onions — at that point, I could’ve almost bought another taco.

There was also a previous time I was called back because I was accidentally only charged for one order of steak tacos instead of two.

Overall, the food is consistently good, but I’ll definitely avoid adding extras or paying over the phone in the future.“

“Biscuitville continues to be the best southern style breakfast you can get from a chain store. sure, small locally owned diners might have an edge, but if you want the familiarity of your local Diner where the regulars know you by name without the benefit of being in your actual Hometown at the time, just look for a biscuitville. they may not know you by name but they know how you like your eggs and your grits and your biscuits because they make them better than anybody else. you can't stand in front of the counter at McDonald's and watch them roll out their biscuits by hand combining the three simple ingredients to make the perfect southern breakfast food. you can't do that at Bojangles or Cracker Barrel or anywhere else except biscuitville. the only complaint I have about Biscuitville in Greensboro North Carolina is that the location closest to my house at 2311 Battleground Avenue has closed their dining room and is only available for drive-thru. a mild inconvenience at best.“

“This was my first time coming to this location and I will definitely be returning! The location was clean and I was actually greeted by Jessica & Malik. You can even dine in, in this location. Customer service has gone out the door nowadays but they made sure to provide stellar service! Thank you for caring and being accurate.“

“I went through Biscuitville on Martin Luther King 165 I couldn't tell who was running the place because the employees were running the place I tried to take my order back because it was wrong and ask to speak to a Manager and all these employees kept trying to help me . Get together down there.“

At this one I'm Greensboro, their parking lot is tiny and with only one bathroom at a time, it makes needing to go very difficult.“

“My recent visit to La bamba was a mixed experience. While the service was excellent—attentive and friendly from start to finish—the food unfortunately fell short of expectations.

I ordered the steak tacos with a side of rice. The most significant issue was the complete lack of flavor. Both the meat and the rice tasted unseasoned, as if no salt or pepper had been used. The meal was simply bland and lacked any depth.

The salsa was equally disappointing. It seemed to consist of nothing more than blended tomato and onion, missing the key spices and herbs that give salsa its vibrant flavor. It was just as bland as the main dish.

Ultimately, while the great service was a positive note, the quality of the food was a dealbreaker for me. Based on this experience, I don't see myself returning in the future.“

The service at all the CFA in Greensboro have just never gotten back to what they were before COVID. We had the 30 piece nugget meal. It was very good.“

He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. Also, the folks working this specific location as such home-body great folks. So sweet to kids and old people, and making it happen whenever its busy as all hell-which is often.

They even have little easter decorations at every table. Im usually grossed out to eat in-store at fast food places, but never biscuitville! Very cozy and cute inside.

I got the 3 piece fried with beans and an empanada and I have to say, some of the best fried chicken in Greensboro. Flavorful and juicy. The beans were well seasoned and the empanada was delicious.“

The pizza was pretty tastless though and the crust was tough. The cinnamon bread sticks would have been delicious if they had stayed fluffy, but they flattened in the middle. It made them very chewy.
