Jersey Mike's Subs offers a variety of subs, but the experience can vary. Customers have reported issues such as running out of bags, lack of attention to detail in sandwich preparation, and a lack of communication among staff. Despite some mishaps, the sandwiches are generally well-prepared. Some customers have encountered problems with staff not changing gloves, missing ingredients in their orders, and a lack of communication among workers. However, the restaurant does offer a kid-friendly deal of free meals for children on Sundays.
