He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! The other Subway franchises in the area should request training from the people on Landview. They are always friendly and professional. I don’t feel like I’m imposing on them when I order my subs.“

“My order wasn't made as ordered but was still good. This location is always on point so I guess they just had an off day. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up at the drive through window. It was ready but they were waiting on other customers and I got ignored until they were finished. This was the worst visit I've ever had here but I know they've been great the zillion other times so I'm not going to hold it against them. I'll definitely return but if it's not right next time, I may lower my rating.

“Man my wife recently introduced me to Jersey Mikes since she loves their BLT. I was happy to find they made Cheese Steak Subs and it was DELICIOUS (this was all ordered via delivery)

Every week I craved the #17 and we finally went in person to order some food since it was on the way home from my wife’s workplace.

Man it was a delightful first experience. Greeted as we walked in, immediately attended to even though there was a line and the long awaited sub was in my hands in no time. Damn good food and service!

(We came again a few weeks later and saw the same crew working through the glass doors and I literally said “yes, same people! This food gonna be soo good! And spoiler alert: it was)“

“I just moved here from Jacksonville, Florida about seven weeks ago. It’s a really stormy day. I’ve been sick for several days now. I’m finally got my appetite back and I ordered an Italian sub salt vinegar chips. I asked him to make it neat oil and vinegar on the side, pickles and onions and my whole package was so neat and so nice. My sandwich is so fresh. Pepsi is so cold. I am so thankful for the crew and the people that put this meal together for me. Thank you very much. You guys did very very very good job thank you.“

“I have been eating breakfast at this Subway for around 17 years. On average I eat there 3-4 times per week. I have never had a bad experience at this Subway. Even when corporate changes their products or their supply chain shorts them product, they go to local stores or other Subways to ensure their customers are getting the best product for their money. It is ashamed that those people who just eat here when they have a coupon feel the need to provide negative reviews. Each franchise has the right to accept or reject coupons, after all they are not reimbursed by corporate for the free food. I am not the only patron who values this Subway, every morning that I am there, I see others there that have been coming for years.“

“Super nice gentleman working the closing shift by himself. My daughter and I came right before close just for some cookies. He was closing and turned the lights off as we were walking up, he asked if we were ordering and was willing to go ahead and make our food if needed.
