Firehouse subs is from Jacksonville, FL my hometown. I was glad to see they have locations here. The subs are great and I have ordered from this location a few times. I had placed an order from the app and they made my sub incorrectly. The manager reached out and had it re-done right the next time around. Thank you for exceptional customer service.
