The sandwich was well made, but tasted too sweet. Maybe it was the Italian dressing or the mayo? I didn't enjoy it, but I might try them again, without the dressing.

Walked in to place an order. There is 3 employees behind the counter; not one acknowledged us. No hey, how are you doing, anything! We go to the sign that says "order here", the girl just looks at us like we're crazy then sends us to a guy on the other end. I start to tell him our order, and he just looks confused then sends us back to the original girl. At this point, the girl still just stares at us and is like I'm helping someone right now (keep in mind we are the only customers in there). By far the worst customer service, actually, there was NO customer service. So we just left and ate somewhere else.

How hard can it be? Ordered a medium Hero on garlic bread with no tomato and no onion. I get a medium Hero on white bread with tomato and onion. Found this out once I got home. Takes to long to drive back and wait for another one to be made. And they were not that busy but still waited 15 to 20 minutes.

i LOVE FIREHOUSE SUBS and Ray and Robbie working in this store is AMAZING. Everytime I come, they are SO FRIENDLY and always make sure my food is EXACTLY how I like it. I HIGHLY recommend to eat here. Makes the meal that much more enjoyable!

They make the best sandwiches in the business . Although they are not cheap as far as price goes, they are generally delicious, and the portions are more of a value than Jersey Mike's. I won't even include subway in this because even though they are not bad , they are also not on the same level as the other 2 that I mentioned. My favorite is the Cajun chicken .

The food was good. When I ordered a salad and they let me know ahead of time they were out of romaine lettuce. The food came out and tasted great and what came out hot was the right temperature. The store was clean, including the bathrooms.
