“I tried chicken salad chick for the first time, and I will most definitely return! I had high hopes, but this place went above and beyond! The personnel was very kind and patient, and they worked quickly! After receiving my drink and taking a seat, I finished my order in less than five minutes! In addition, the meal is delicious and well presented! I adored the atmosphere, which was just what I had anticipated!“

“My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! Hang in their this world no longer knows how to be decent.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but NIYA deserves to be recognized!

I don’t know her personally, but I called to ask about placing my order online and then calling back to make sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. NIYA answered the phone and was so kind and patient with my questions. After I placed my order, I called back to double-check a few details, and when I tell you she WOWED me, I truly mean it.

She made my order perfectly, exactly how I asked, and even went above and beyond. NIYA included a special handwritten note that touched my heart so much, I drove back to the store the next day just to speak with the manager in person and let them know how much she exceeded my expectations.

I eat out often, but I have never experienced someone being so genuinely nice, accommodating, and warm. It honestly felt like she put love into making my order.

NIYA is a true gem, and JM should be incredibly proud to have her on their team. I won’t go to any other location unless I’m out of town. Amazing job, NIYA. Please keep doing what you do. You serve from the heart, and it shows. 🩷“

“I’ve been to every Subway in Greensboro and the one on Landview next to the Wendover Walmart is absolutely the best. The other Subway franchises in the area should request training from the people on Landview. They are always friendly and professional. I don’t feel like I’m imposing on them when I order my subs.“

“I recently tried Penn Station for the first time. I purchased a philly steak combo and I thought it was pretty good for a chain restaurant.
I give the sub a 7 for good taste and decent amount of steak but not a fan of the bread. The bread is a doughy softer average type of bread .
The service was great and the fries were decent also.
Prices aren't bad either.
I definitely would go back.“

“I just moved here from Jacksonville, Florida about seven weeks ago. It’s a really stormy day. I’ve been sick for several days now. I’m finally got my appetite back and I ordered an Italian sub salt vinegar chips. I asked him to make it neat oil and vinegar on the side, pickles and onions and my whole package was so neat and so nice. My sandwich is so fresh. Pepsi is so cold. I am so thankful for the crew and the people that put this meal together for me. Thank you very much. You guys did very very very good job thank you.“

“The Penn Station on Pisgah Church is my favorite go to restaurant for a hot juicy sandwich. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They pay close attention to detail to make sure your meal is tasty and fresh. High recommended if you are looking for a great chick philly sub.“

“The building and inside dining area appeared clean and well-kept when I walked in. I stopped by to grab a tuna sub, and the sandwich itself tasted pretty good and hit the spot.
However, there were a couple of things that kept this from being a top-notch experience. First, My server wouldn't let me use my coupon because they already had a daily special running, which felt a bit restrictive since you'd expect to be able to use a valid coupon anytime before the expiration date. The service was okay and the person making the sandwich was polite enough, but the transaction felt a little rushed and hurried through.
Down on the food line, I also noticed that some of the ingredient containers weren't completely filled up. No matter what time a customer walks through the door, those bins should look fresh, stocked, and ready to go.
Overall, the food is good and the place is clean, but the rushed pace and the empty containers mean it doesn't quite hit that highest mark. It’s a fair, decent spot, but there’s room for improvement on staying on top of the food line.“

It was a late night order and thet just had a promo I guess. When I arrived she made sure I was still OK with what I said was an OK replacement and apologized again.
