“This is more of a comment on the food than service. The staff is fast and efficient, especially during rush hour. The restaurant was very clean (at least the customer facing side was anyway) and seating was abundant. My food, just felt overpriced and underwhelming. I haven’t eaten at subway since before then COVID-19 pandemic but used to tolerate (and even like) some of their menu choices. The Philly I had was low on meat but crazy heavy on vegetable toppings. It was such a low amount of cheese and meat that I ended up going to the food lion in the same complex and supplementing with snacks. The drink machine was also broken so choices were limited. If you don’t mind spending extra for an adult sized portion of protein you might have an enjoyable meal here.“

“The city of Jamestown was working on the water, so the restaurant was without water and unable to make orders. The manager called to let me know and told me that I would need to get a refund fromCorporate. I called him back and said, I really wish y’all could just hold my order until the water is fixed. He told me, yes of course they can hold my order without me having to get a refund. I called back today and he said my food will be ready in 15 mins. This is a great manager at this location!! Very professional and caring. Thank you manager .. Dan or Don. You are appreciated!“

“Not being negative, but it seemed the price here was a tad more than others ive gone to. I could be wrong. I also wish they would accept coupons here. For those 2 reasons, my budget didn't have much room to leave a tip because I'm already paying more than average. Just a suggestion . Everything else is fine“

“My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! Hang in their this world no longer knows how to be decent.“

“My mother in law loves your loaded potato soup. She has never liked any restaurants potato soup until I had her try yours. Now she requests it often because it's her favorite. I also loved your loaded potato soup until I tried your chicken pablano soup. Now it's my favorite!“
