“After banning Jimmy Johns at Hans Mall I decided on giving this location a try. I have been here a few times and they serve way better sandwiches. Tylisha was the employee who made my sandwich and I just had to go offer my compliments to her. I told her she needed to go to the Hans Mall Jimmy Johns location and teach them how to make a sandwich. Next time I dine at Jimmy John's I hope and pray Tylisha is working.“

“Extremely fast even for a pickup, which was somehow still very warm when I got there even though I got a wrap. It was among one of the best made and tasting wraps from subway I have got including getting the exact same orders. “Located in a shopping center off the main road, this place is very inviting with a cool laid back atmosphere. The music I. The background makes you feel like your actually at the Jersey Shore somewhere. All the staff here are local teenagers and they are all very friendly and efficient. They greet you as soon as you walk in and always ask if your a rewards member. They have a selection of 18 different subs. I have tried almost all and you really can’t go wrong with any choice. They all come on freshly baked bread that is soft and airy. You can get each sub the way you want. My all time favorite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch. It is flavorful and juicy, the combination of ingredients are perfect and every bite is a joy. They have ample comfortable seating inside. There are bottled drinks as well as a self serve fountain machine that has cream soda and root beer, which you don’t see in many places. They also have freshly brewed self serve sweet and unsweetened ice tea. Stop by and support local, you won’t be disappointed!“

“Edit: The GM got in touch with us, he was able to get our order fixed for us and we went today to pick it up. The manager was amazing and so was the guy who prepared our sandwiches today. He prepared them perfectly and was super nice. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Jonestown jimmy johns for being the best around.Went there yesterday and order 3 #9 giants was so excited because we love jimmy johns till we arrived home and noticed that all 3 of our subs were extremely oily and sloppy. The top buns were all broken apart from the bottom buns. We have never received such slop from the Jonestown location until now. Our kids and us couldn’t even eat our subs. I am overly disappointed in jimmy johns and will not be choosing them to cater my sons birthday party. Total waste of $50+. I wish I got the guys name that made our subs but unfortunately I did not. We went on August 16th 2023 around 7pm.“

Whoever trains their employees here knows what they're doing. A shorter, younger gentleman took the time to call about something from my order instead of waiting for me to get there. Publix can't even text their employees that!!

I will try to grab the gentleman's name next time!“

“This is the location that I visit the most. I am an employee and absolutely love having them three minutes from my office. Well oiled machine comes to mind when describing the location. The store is always clean and the ingredients are always fresh. The employees are always friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. They have the rare ability to talk and have fun behind the counter, and never miss a beat. Don't let the line scare you! Even when it's to the door, the wait isn't bad at all. Give them a visit if you're in the area!“

“My coworkers and I at Netceed frequently visit the Subway in Wallburg, NC, for lunch, and we always have an exceptional experience! The food is consistently fresh and delicious, perfectly prepared exactly as we request. What truly sets this location apart, however, is the exemplary service provided by the wonderful staff.

A special shout-out to Brittney—she's always incredibly polite, friendly, and accommodating. Her welcoming demeanor and attention to detail make our lunch visits genuinely enjoyable. It's clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers.

“I had a horrible experience with the staff at this location. Everyone is entitled to an off day, but this has happened three or four times . I will no longer be frequenting this location. Before you ask, I am a wonderful customer. Very pleasant. I say please and thank you regularly.“

“I have never had a bad sandwich here, and the workers are generally pretty nice and professional. But small things can become annoying, like the brewed tea being emptied and cleaned for the night well before closing time - what if customers don't want soda? Pay almost double for a bottled juice or water?

I wasn't going to write about it at all until after last night - I went in at 8pm for dinner and soon after being seated with my sandwich (and a soda because the tea was already emptied), one of the staff walked over and said that the dining room was closed for the night because she had already cleaned it... at 8pm... two hours before closing... so I wrapped everything up and uncomfortably ate a messy, foot-long sandwich in my car.

I doubt this is a management decision, and rather just staff trying to finish tasks ahead of time so they can leave early. And in my experience, Subway franshisees almost never read reviews so it's likely nothing will change, but oh well“

“I used the Jimmy John’s app around 7:30 on a Saturday evening to order 7 sandwiches for pickup. Each sandwich was slightly modified which was easy to do with the app. When I arrived the sandwiches were ready. Each sandwich was prepared as requested and were delicious. On another note, the specials that they were running made the order quite affordable. Thanks for such a great experience!“

This place is much better. Staff is pleasant. Quick. Clean. No comparison. Go to reynolda subway next to cici pizza. We drive right by northpoint and rhe university by sams to get there.
