The night shift customer service could most definitely use some improvement. I've never witnessed someone working in a customer/food service talk the way that the person did to not only myself but also other customers. No smiling face, terrible attitude, and quite frankly rude. I get working food service is hard but no excuse for rude behavior.
Recently got a new hire who made my sandwich, did not ask me if I wanted it toasted and toasted it anyways, put the minimum amount of meat on the sandwich, treated me unfairly than the other customers, and rang each of my items up individually instead of giving me the combo, which I had. Until the staff is trained properly, I refuse to go back to this establishment.

I can not say enough about these 2 young men who helped us tonight.
They done a great job with our food tonight.
By far the best subway I’ve had……
