I used the Jimmy John’s app around 7:30 on a Saturday evening to order 7 sandwiches for pickup. Each sandwich was slightly modified which was easy to do with the app. When I arrived the sandwiches were ready. Each sandwich was prepared as requested and were delicious. On another note, the specials that they were running made the order quite affordable. Thanks for such a great experience!

I ordered a Greek Gyro. Lettuce was cold and still had ice on it. I didn’t have time to get it remade. I mentioned it to the cashier and he seemed indifferent about my small complaint. I probably won’t be back and it was my first time.
