Was in town for Wrestlecade 2023 recently and decided to try Jimmy's John's for the first time. Got some sorta chicken bacon ranch wrap and it was fantastic! Would love to have another right now. I wished I would have taken pictures and remembered exactly what it's called but I didn't expect it to be so great! I'll definitely be looking for a Jimmy Johns next time I leave town! I don't have them in my area.

I appreciate this Jimmy John's and it seems most other offices in our building do as well as they deliver here so many times each day. It may be a tad pricier than the competition but it's good and I know my order will make it to my desk "freaky fast" and not be left in the first floor lobby by the elevator or not delivered at all which has been our experience ordering from other places. Good sandwiches and now even brownies!

Over a period of about 4 months or more I've ordered from this place 5 times.EVERY time, they have gotten it wrong, but I'd give it a while and try again to see if they could just get it together, just out of curiosity.*They will get your order wrong.*They will deliver your order with things missing.*They will charge you in excess for poor quality food and serviceBUT, IT WILL GET THERE FASTIt seems like the business model says"Rush it together and rush it out the door" and I've learned that the product of that attitude is reflected in my experience.Its freaky how fast a place can fall so far down hill, and it's comical to expect the general standard from this restaurant.DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME

Walk 2-1/2 blocks east on 4th and go to Subway at 301 Main (hard to find but definitely worth the effort).My wife and I wanted a tuna sub, and we'd never been to a Jimmy John's before. Turns out they have no bread selection (plain, tough white French bread; take it or leave it), and not nearly as many veggies as Subway. But at least it costs almost double!!! Really incompetent employees. They couldn't seem to understand that we wanted our "Giant" sub divided into two halves and that my wife and I wanted different ingredients on each half. They made us order 2 separate subs instead!! And they were pretty stingy with the tuna, too. We will never return to Jimmy John's, and I recommend you do the same.

Man making subs was very rude. Asked if I could wash my hands because sub fell apart while eating. I was told bathroom was out of order. Employee (male) laughed. I know they are not holding they're blatter all day. Never spend another dollar at a Jimmie johns again. First and last time for my family and I.

For the price, they were VERY SKIMPY ON MEAT AND FILLINGS. Had more bread than I had meat or filling between the bread. Tasted good, but Skimpy ?

My review is not so much about this Jimmy Johns location, but about the item I ordered for lunch, an Unwitch. I ordered online before this location opened, and my order was ready when the doors opened at 10:30.An Unwitch is like a wrap, but with lettuce leaves. The picture on the website is shown below for comparison to what I received. The lettuce used was iceberg, and the leaves did not fully contain the ingredients. The result is a difficult to eat mess. If you are looking for a reduced carb meal, I recommend ordering a regular sandwich, removing one side, and you'll have an open faced sandwich with half the bread.

Disappointed with today's service when I called the restaurant. Paying customers need to be heard and not talked over. I don't care how frustrated you are. It helps no one if you're being a Smart Aleck.Food was good when it finally arrived. Delivery guy was polite. For the trouble, someone should've thrown in a pickle or cookie.I'll probably come back to change this review on my next order if they redeem themselves. They've always gotten my orders right and delivered to me quickly. I believe in second chances.
