“Amazing. Loved it. The store was spotless. Service was quick. I live an hour away, so I was very excited to have my favorite sandwich.The only problem was the girl cutting sandwiches used the same knife to cut a tuna sandwhich that was before our order. So my turkey Tom and bfs sandwich had a very fishy taste to it which wasn't pleasant as we don't like fish.Maybe use a separate knife??It won't keep me from returning, but I'll be remembering to watch out next time“

“We have experienced several restaurants in Kernersville that are seriously NOT taking precautions for Covid-19. A couple weeks ago we went to the Nelson Street location and were very impressed! Before leaving we ask the guys name responsible for this. His name is TJ. He's responsible for the safety in this location. We've been there at least 5, maybe 6 times since. There are plexiglass partitions plus other precautions near the counter and soda machines. When someone would leave a table, he was right there. He not only washed with sanitation the table but also the seats. This is the only location we will go to and we live on the far other side of town in Sedge Garden area. This guy needs a raise. He's a real asset to Subway. Oh, and if someone came in without a mask, he or the lady working would ask if they have a face covering. Every single time, they went back to their vehicle, got it and came back in.“
“The owner works hard, lives honestly, and his 3 stores are the best managed locations I have visited. On my last visit I had left my debit card in the reader. 4 days later I was scrambling to locate it and when I checked there he had it safely stowed away in case I returned. No way he could have tracked me down. Buy local, buy from them. The prices at his locations are better and many of the employees are the real deal sandwich artists. Anyone who gives this business a bad review is being petty. I only have two thumbs, but both are up ?“
“It was a bit slow yesterday, but usually this subway is quick and makes great subs. Get either 6-inch or 12-inch or a wrap. Your choice of meat, cheese, and fresh vegetables. Grab a bag of chips (baked available) and a drink. A 6-inch ham or Turkey and baked Lays makes a reasonably healthy lunch.“
“Food always fresh definitely one of the cleaner subways... staff is always ?? to deal with... enjoy my food every time I eat here.... only issue is sometimes there are Flys flying around.... but the do keep the glass closed over food more than I see other subways.... and the other day they were out of turkey which was very dissemination since that's all I eat and I'm pregnant!“
“This location is nicely situated in the Palladium area. Ample parking and plenty seating indoors. I love the dining area as you walk in. Because it is my first visiting, I just immediately walked through the dining area straight to the counter. There is a walk around path to the left to avoid doing this. I didn't notice it until later (whoops). I noticed they have pictures of local attractions on the wall. That is such a nice personal touch. The menu is not overpowering and the cashier was so polite in taking my order. She walked me through the menu and even offered me a sample! Absolutely the best customer service. I would return to this location just for that. I picked the Olivia's Old South chicken salad. It was delicious. The drink cups are nice size and they have plenty of fresh drink options at the drink station. The croissant was so fluffy and buttery. I just wish they would give you a larger portion of the chicken salad in the sandwich. The tomato and lettuce looked and tasted as if it was personally handpicked for perfection. I think next time I will pick an extra scoop of chicken salad. The meal came with the sandwich and a side. I chose the pasta salad. Yum! It was seasoned well and great texture. A pickle and a cookie were complimentary with the meal. I didn't wait long for my food to arrive and when I finished, I dropped my plate at the trash area to the right of the door. Can't wait to go back! I'm definitely adding this to my frequently visited places.“
“Jersey Mike's is a high quality sub shop, this location is clean, the staff is clean and well groomed, mostly younger folks. They do a good job maintaining the establishment as well as serving the people that come. I've been to other Jersey Mike's locations and this one gets high marks from me. Keep doing a good job.“
“Shocked this location was not listed on YELP....now it is. Everyone that entered the store was greeted. Most orders were speedy. Mine took a little more time since the Big Kahuna is made to order fresh. I could not ask for more...clean store, friendly staff and delicious food. Thanks Jersey Mikes!“
