I recently had an issue with an incorrect DoorDash order from Jersey Mike’s in Kernersville. After calling the store, I spoke with the manager, who was incredibly understanding and provided excellent customer service. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that, but what really stood out was how quickly and professionally they handled the situation.
