They got my order 100% correct and service was much better than previous visits. The young man up front was great!
Good hot, fresh and delicious! Staff excellent
Best KFC that I've been in in years. The chicken wasn't greasy or fatty like they serve in Nyc and the staff very polite

KFC is a fast-food restaurant known for its tasty food. Although the customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved, the food itself is generally correct and delicious. The staff's attitude can affect the quality of the prepared meals, so being patient and polite is essential. Freshly made chicken is worth the wait, so if you don't mind a short delay, you'll enjoy the flavors. The employees' enthusiasm and work environment can impact your overall experience, so a positive attitude is key when visiting KFC. Recently, the food has gotten better and is almost as good as it used to be, with the 8 piece dark meat box special being a popular choice. Most customers find the food good for the most part, especially for drive-thru orders. However, some experience long waits and less friendly staff, particularly at the front counter, where rudeness and impatience have been noted. Parking and wheelchair accessibility are not clearly marked, and staff friendliness could be improved to create a more welcoming environment.
