“The employees they had working today were phenomenal! They were getting verbally abused by a customer and I stepped up in their defense to tell the customer that they do not need to talk to employees like they were. They handled the customer with the upmost respect, way better than I would have.“

“I love this Subway! The staff is always extremely helpful and nice. And I feel like they go out of their way to make sure I'm happy and satisfied. I'm currently in Salisbury and I drive all the way to this subway for my food, if that tells u anything lol.“

“I just wanted to say, we had a great experience. Our subs were made exactly how we liked them, the sandwich makers were very friendly. We went right at lunch time, so they were busy, with that being said excellent customer service was still given. We told them they did a great job, sometimes they need to hear it.“

“Well lookahere. Went in for a tuna or BMT 6in sub. Tuna looked watered down so got the BMT. A young white man came in after me and paid for my meal without saying a word. The cashier told me, so I thanked him profusely and was overwhelmed. I am a seasoned black woman who is used to public displays of ignorance, not humanity. Thank you again showing all that beautiful spirit. Carma.“

“Came here from Long Island, New York. The service was incredible. Never have I been taking care of so well in any other subway. Candace was so welcoming and sweet. She treated us like we were family and very well spoken. May God bless her and the staff. Will definitely come back here again.“
“Most of the sandwich artists are not artists. I imagine every ingredient should be from end to end and they are usually in such a hurry even if there's not a lot of people and they just put stuff on randomly. Very disappointing at some of the subways.“
