Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop, however, I don't appreciate the worker operating the cash register, picking up pens that all the other workers have handled and then picking up my sandwich to wrap it. That needs to change!
Wonderful friendly staff that pumped out a ton of hogies! Thank you for being awesome!!
I hate to say it's one of the worst subs I've had but it was, so far. The roast beef was somehow both gummy and grainy and the flavor profile for the sandwich was just off. The store was so echo-y that you couldn't order without everyone saying 'what?' 5 times. Used to be the best subs but I was disappointed today. No wonder it's been so long since we got JM.
