Awesome tasting sandwich. Ordering and sandwich prep looked like a Chinese fire drill though. Need a better system. But we will be back because the sandwich is really good
Best sandwhich shop in Winston ! First time we had been there and Jarron and the gal with red hair (sorry didn’t catch her name) were amazing and so friendly ! They made our experience fanstastic , we will be back !
I've ordered food from here several times now. I had only tried sandwiches until last night. Last night I got the Powerhouse Salad and its my new food obsession. One of the best salads I've ever eaten. By far the best in a long time! Sandwiches I've really enjoyed are the Smokestack and Italian. I didn't realize how close they are to my job until last night. I see lots of lunch trips to Potbelly in my future lol

Potbelly is a restaurant in Winston-Salem known for its awesome tasting sandwiches. The atmosphere is great and friendly as you walk in the doors, and the staff is super friendly and polite. The menu is easy to browse, and the signature subs are helpful to narrow down your craving. The sandwiches are consistently good, with fresh ingredients and quality meat for the price. The food comes out fresh, the service is quick, and the prices are very reasonable. The Italian sub with classic toppings, all the way, has great flavor and fresh toppings. The hot peppers are HOT, and the hot pepper chips are delicious bold flavor. The chicken bacon ranch wrap is delicious, and the peppers are a lot hotter than expected. The Powerhouse Salad is one of the best salads, and the Smokestack and Italian are really enjoyed. The Chicken Club is a go-to and definitely recommended. The toasted subs, sides, and desserts are all delicious. Potbelly is the one to keep coming back to, and if they replaced every other sub shop with a Potbelly, no one would complain. It is the best sub shop in Winston-Salem, and 100/10 is recommended.
