popeyes always has good food, no doubt but this time my fries were mad dry, i thought i was eating mini biscuits or something. customer service wasn't all that but it never is so i didn't really have high hopes anyway. other than that, everything was fine.

I pulled up at the front door with 3 minutes until closing time and the open light was still on. Before I could get to the door they locked the door and turned off the Open sign. Not happy!
