Hi I understand working at McDonald’s is hard, smiling is hard, saying please is hard. But maybe the customers deserve to get their ordered food, right? I got Big Mac and coke, but received nuggets and tea :) and no way to change since I drove away and thought the drive through window should have all orders in
This is by far, the best McDonalds in the area. The service is impressive. It’s a fast paced, hard working, High frustration part of town but you would never know it by the genuine smiles and happy accommodation of the employees. I’d love to know who is managing this location because it’s an impressive drive through experience. There isn’t that tense “I’m paid to be fake nice to you” thing.
