I got Big Mac and coke, but received nuggets and tea :) and no way to change since I drove away and thought the drive through window should have all orders in

As you can tell by my photos. I'm a frequent customer of MD. I don't always use the app. So I have other orders too. Anyway on 11/4/23. At 5:58am at 36 degrees outside. I was heading to a gig job. I'm super hungry,I'm technically unemployed and homeless. I had 50 cent on me. I'm suppose to be paid $60-70 from the gig job this AM at the end of the job. Daily pay. I asked the manager for a sausage biscuit and I explained my situation and that I buy here a lot lot. Can I get a biscuit so I don't starve and have energy at this one day job. She says no and claims I've never spent at this location at all. Then she put me out in the cold. If I added up all the pennies I've told the cashier don't worry about it over the years. We're talking $20 in pennies alone. And they throw away so much food. You could have taken my change and gave me a long time customer a $2 sausage biscuit. What a cruel thing to do to someone who is broke and hungry and homeless, wow. Update 3/1/2024. The service is super slow here. They let one cashier ring up and run orders. It took nearly 25 minutes for me to get 2 sausage biscuits. And I ordered on the kiosk. This location is poorly coordinated, and the same rude manager was running the show. Ms. Ang. I'll call her.

It was a good time and a good meal for us except for the part when we paid.we got $72 instead of $92 out of $100 . Then we got pushed on out the door . Other than that good services!!!

This is by far, the best McDonalds in the area. The service is impressive. It’s a fast paced, hard working, High frustration part of town but you would never know it by the genuine smiles and happy accommodation of the employees. I’d love to know who is managing this location because it’s an impressive drive through experience. There isn’t that tense “I’m paid to be fake nice to you” thing. It’s actual pleasantry.Additionally, my order is consistently correct, hot, and fresh. It tastes like it’s intended to taste.They are not always fast BUT they don’t send you to park and be forgotten. The drive thru is always jumping but be patient, it will be worth it.I wish I had taken down the name of the employees who helped me today because I left a McDonald’s drive thru happy and excited to enjoy my breakfast.

They have little to no front counter workers, with the exception of one or two ladies that will pay attention to the lobby management can be rude and dismissive in the winter the heat "doesn't work" solely to keep the homeless from having a warm place to sit it seems they charge extra for sweet tea but will not make any for the lobby the fountains are always dirty and the soda that comes out is hot and flat but I will say my food is always right when I stop in for breakfast and lunch but I try to go to north side or robinhood rd instead those locations are much better
