Went on my lunch break to get a sub, sat at the speaker for 12 minutes before I said hello, the response was it would be 5 minutes before they could help me. I waited a few more minutes before leaving to go back to work, I don't get to eat lunch today
The manager is friendly but the workers have no idea what they’re doing in terms of technology. There seems to be a big disconnect between the workers and the subway app. I’ve had an issue with an online order where the item wasn’t available in store yet I was charged for it and it has been a hassle just to get a refund. First the workers told me something contradictory to the app, then they referred me to the manager who I couldn’t get in contact with until a week later....read full review
