I went to the Subway on Cornwallis in Greensboro. Waited 20 minutes at least in the drive through line. Asked several times for the titan in a salad asked specifically for no tomatoes or mayo. The worker seemed surprised that I was expecting a salad. Was charged $12 dollars for a small salad. Got to my office and found out I had sliced cheese and turkey on top of my salad with tomatoes and mayo in the salad. Very disappointed in what I received today. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Let's just say your lucky I was hungry and I had a busy afternoon or I would of marched back into your establishment and demanded a fresh roll to eat my sub on . Honestly if you see ashamed of yourself when you know that that is one hard stale piece of bread that has probably been in your restaurant for a week and then you try and serve me at shame on you.

My husband went in today and tried to use the bogo footlong sub and they didn't honor the coupon at checkout. Said they don't take the coupons that come in the mail. We won't go back there ever again!! And the subs weren't that great. Should have told them to keep them and went to Ghassans instead?

Went to this subway location cornwallis drive in Greensboro north Carolina with a subway coupon ordered two foot long subs and then at check out received an outrageous price for a fast food restaurant that uses a microwave to heat their subs I told the lady at checkout that my total wasn't correct I had a buy one get one free coupon she called the owner and he said he doesn't take subway coupons and I'm at a subway go figure so I told her to refund my money and I would go elsewhere but she said we already made the subs and you have to pay for them I didn't want a confrontation so I just took the subs and went home to find very poor indigents and not pleased at all with my choice to go to subway what is this world coming to subway used to be great but now they are just another place that you will never go back to f you subway

I ordered from SUBWAY® on my subway app. It took my money off my card, and when I showed up to get my order, they told me they never got it. So they told me to cancel it go on the app. There’s no way to cancel it and now I have to wait up to seven days to get my money back. Not sure how they can take the money off my card for something subway said they never got

Ordered online for pick up per usual, had my boyfriend go pick up through the drive thru as we always do and he sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins only to be told to come inside. after waiting that long I told him forget it and leave it. Will not be back.
