“My sister and I visited this restaurant on Sunday, September 6 at around 10:45. This was our first time there. We walked in and were greeted promptly and advised it would be a short wait. The staff made sure to check in with the people waiting to keep them updated. They were all working together. Once we were seated, our server Rena came over and took our drink orders. The food came out within a reasonable time and was hot and delicious. Good was seasoned great and was just overall good. Rena made sure to check in with us to make sure we were good. This hidden gem is great and we will definitely be back. Good portion sizes for the prices.“

“I really can't say enough about Bánh Mì Saigon in Greensboro, NC. The Bánh Mì are simply exquisite. House made baguette, pate, pork roll and other meats, veggies and Nước chấm sauce make for one of the world's greatest sandwiches. My favorites are the #1 and #2 Bánh Mì, but I'm making an attempt to try every single version of this fabulous concoction on their menu, and there are many versions. Also, don't be afraid to try their other specialties, like Cha Lua (Vietnamese Pork Roll) and the spring rolls are also excellent. Honestly, nothing's better for lunch or an afternoon snack than a Bánh Mì and a Vietnamese Iced Coffee (the large size please!). Service is fantastic. Prices are crazy good. Also, I've never been a fan of bubble tea, but theirs is actually pretty good. My ONLY complaint is that their hours are a bit limited (closes at 6pm), but that's OK. They work hard to make these ridiculously good sandwiches.“

Today for the first time I was served a chopped hamburger on nachos and when I sent it back the "GM" was very rude and told me that I should have told them I didn't want a hamburger on my food because it's still "beef".. I am disgusted by the service I received today and before the restaurant responds I DARE you to look at those cameras and see who was in the wrong. This was simply another case of a white woman using her privilege to weaponize the police. Work on your customer service and de-escalation skills. Calling the police on a paying customer because they don't like your food as they are agreeing to leave is even more disgusting than the food was today. 0 stars if I could“

“What else can I say but this place is exceptional. Today, we went to celebrate my wife's birthday as it is a family favorite. This place was busy! Spencer is already one of the hardest working Managers in Greensboro, and he was out there with the rest of the staff making sure everything was moving along. Our server, Alex, was incredible and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was exceptional, from appetizer to dessert. We had the Parmesan Artichoke cheese dip, the honey-chili aioli fried chicken sandwich, hot dog (for the kiddo), and for dessert we had the Kahlua Espresso Cheesecake (coffee w/ Bailey's for Mom and Dad). We are somehow always more impressed with this place every visit and can't wait to get back!“

It was a little weird having to check in at the front door and immediately show ID, felt like a night club. Once you got in the drinks had a good selection and were pretty affordable. The obvious highlight was all the dogs you get to watch and hang out with for free! Will definitely be coming back.“

I did learn first hand what the “Private Club” on the front door means, I showed up for the poker on Thursdays early like the internet told me too, only 2 people in there when I arrived, but as I sat there, every-time someone came in the door, the 2 other people said “HEY BILL” then someone else, the 3 would say “HEY JOHN” and then someone else, the 4 would say “HEY BILLY BOB” and I started to realize this is really the personal hangout spot of a handful of friends and I was just an awkward outsider/stranger. I paid my tab and left, didn’t want to ruin the “poker night with the guyz” just made me feel weird. Might have been better if I wasn’t alone.“
