Crumbl in Greensboro is fun if you like trying unique cookies. The menu changes weekly, and the cookies are big enough to share. The shop is clean, and service is usually quick. The only downside is the cookies are pretty pricey, so it is more of a treat stop than an everyday place. Kids love the changing variety and like to check in what's on the menu each week. Cookies are individually priced, and a 4-box is cheaper per cookie. Some find it a tad too high for what it is, but others don't mind it. The cookies are good, large, warm, and delicious. Flavors like Sugar, Aggie Mint, Pumpkin Cake, and the dubai chocolate brownie are fantastic. The store is clean, and the cashier is very pleasant. Service is fast, but one customer sat waiting for an order without being called. Customer service can be amazing, as a manager was very polite and understanding when a pre-order was sold out and offered to make it right. Another employee made sure an order was received with no hassle. Crumbl deserves a look and will hit someone right. A great sweet-tooth option in Greensboro.
