“Great experience overall, very friendly, clean and accurate. We enjoyed the atmosphere. I got the veg out pizza and my child got the mild wings. I appreciate how you accommodate to people with various food preferences, as I am vegan. We both thoroughly enjoyed the food. I Highly recommend! All of your employees deserve a raise ? Thank you!“
“This is the best pizza in NC, and possibly the best in all of USA! I am a pizza connoisseur. Having lived in Europe and had pizza in numerous locations in the heart of Italy, Cugino Forno knows how to make pizza. They also know how to treat their customers! After nearly a decade of exceptional service, this is my long term review. I would give them 10 stars if I could! From the chefs to the servers, they always exceed my expectations! The quality and consistency is unmatched! I really appreciate the care you put into every slice, and you have earned a customer for life!“
“This is a solid pizza place. The menu is unique and the food is well prepared. Prices are a bit high for pizza and they don’t carry any Coke/Pepsi products but an off brand soda that we didn’t try. Service left something to be desired — friendly enough, but could have been more attentive to our table especially when there weren’t that many other people in the restaurant in the mid-afternoon.But, overall, it’s worth a try! Recommend the salad that I can’t remember the name of but it has honeyed walnuts on it that are amazing! Plus the chicken on the pizza was excellent!“
“We are delighted that Blue Rock Pizza has expanded to our Jamestown location, sparing us the need to travel to High Point for their delectable pizza. The culinary offerings are exceptional, complemented by attentive service. The establishment exudes a warm, family-friendly ambiance, and we appreciate the thoughtfully curated decor and overall atmosphere. Additionally, during the warmer months, patrons can enjoy outdoor seating. In summary, Blue Rock Pizza in Jamestown provides a delightful dining experience with its flavorful food, welcoming service, and inviting setting.“
“I LOVE MARIO’S PIZZA! If I had to eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be pizza. This Mario’s location is superb and solidifies my desire for great pizza. The pizza is amazing. True NY style from beginning to end. And that beginning to end is large. The pizza slice doesn’t fit on the plate, let alone the tray itself (see pic). Nothing beats a huge slice of great NY style pizza. Both the pizza and garlic knots I had for lunch were made fresh, not something that had been sitting there and re-heated.What sets this one apart from the rest is the super friendly manager/owner of this location. He greets everyone and has a personal conversation with them. I was there for lunch on a weekday, and he knew easily 60-70% of the customers that walked in. From friendly banter to remembering personal information, he truly makes the place a fun spot to come to. And others seem to think so as well, since they are definitely repeat customers.Authentic NY style pizza that is better than 90% of others claiming “authentic NY style pizza”, great location, quick and super friendly service. Highly recommended!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly“
“My favorite pizza place that I have ever been to. Amazing customer service, welcoming/comfortable atomosphere, and really tasty food. The prices are a little high, but they do have sales and promotions relatively pretty frequently and you can always catch me there if I ever hear of a sale going on. Their ranch, Garlic Knots, and Speciality Slices are all top-tier.“
“We've eaten here twice - subs the first time and pizza the second time. Both times we got excellent quality including fresh ingredients, homemade dough, and large portions. The pizza is 2-3 levels above their nearest competitor (NYP). Highly recommend you try it. Their prices are very competitive for the UNCG area. We'll definitely be going to Slices again!!“
“My only complaint would be that it's a few arcade games that do not work. But besides that, fair drink prices. I have not tried the pizzas, but it looks ?. Great places to take the kid during the daylight hours to get a drink and also to spend some time with them in a fun space.“
“Pretty much the only late night place to eat during the week. The actual restaurant isn't much to look at but their food is always good. I've only had their pepperoni pizza, white pizza, and a couple of their apps but I've eaten there many times and don't have any complaints. They are pricey for what it is but I can't fault them for realizing that when it's 3am and ur only other option is Sheetz you'll pay significantly more than you normally would.“
“we stumbled across this place by accident. decided to give it a go. 1st time was breakfast, it def surpassed expectations. the food was plentiful (we ate on it twice). I felt the price was lower than one would think based on what we had and the quantity. service was both cheery and fast. our server looked to see if our drinks were at least half full with each pass and offering refills when we hit the half mark. the second time was dinner, we each got an entree with a "buffalo chicken" pizza to try it. her chicken salad was enormous (the size of a coffee saucer big) not actually able to fit on the croissant it was piled on to. my gyro was on par with the ones i remember from living up north (i could only eat half of it, btw, reheated to perfection). we each had a single slice of the pizza and loved it. the restaurant was very clean. staff stayed busy and attentive to their tables. the manager asked and wanted to know how our experience was, did we have any suggestions about how to improve.... told him to keep on just as they are.“
“No matter how busy they are they always answer the phone and take your order with out an attitude unlike another pizza place around. Every time we have went in we are always greeted with a smile and awesome service. The food is definitely great too! Overall this is definitely our favorite pizza place in town!“
“Went to this Elizabeth pizza for first time..Eric our server was absolutely fabulous...He went out his way to make sure my order was exactly the way I wanted it,,THANK U ERIC .THERE NEED TO BE MORE PEOPLE LIKE ERIC WORKING IN RESTAURANTS WITH GREAT ENERGY AND KIND AND PATIENCE..THANKS AGAIN “
“This is the quintessential neighborhood restaurant and bar! It is often packed by neighborhood regulars. However new faces are always welcome and everyone will let newbies know what their favorite menu item is. Service is usually quick and is always with a smile. However for the best experience, don't be in a rush to get in and out, come and experience great food and drinks in a laid back, casual neighborhood joint. Tonight we ordered the Elm Pizza and it was delicious and not something you will find everywhere else!Vegetarian options: Much of the menu is vegetarian-adaptable if you eat dairy and eggs. Vegan guests may have fewer choices.“
“This place is a great place to eat the pizza is excellent. They seem to be short handed and had a little trouble keeping up with all the people that was there . To me it was worth the wait the food is always great. If you have the time to wait it is well worth it.“
“Ordered my food at 5:30 received it at 6:30. It was still hot I was so excited to eat I didn't care how long it took. Once I felt the warm bag I was happy again. The order was so tasty, I am glad I ordered from them tonight. Thank you. Will be ordering again.“
“We visited this restaurant on a rainy Thursday night at about 8:00 p.m. There was a light crowd and no wait for a table. We ordered wings and a pizza, splitting both between my wife and myself. The wings were some kind of Thai chili concoction, and they were very good. I can't remember the name of the pizza, but it had prosciutto, Kalamata olives, roasted garlic oil, artichoke hearts and cheese. My wife said it was the best pizza she'd ever had, and certainly understand how she concluded that. Service was slightly slow for the small crowd, but everyone was friendly and helpful. Next time we are in greensboro, we will surely return.“
“Cedars Restaurant & Pizzeria located at 6104 W Market St, Greensboro, NC 27409 has fantastic Pizza! Perfect Crust, Sauce, Cheese and the baking as well. Friendly owner/staff and they were quick too! Highly recommended. The building itself/atmosphere needs work, but if you want the best pizza in the area, this is where to go. Excellent Cheese steak too!“
“They have very good foods and delivery is fast and quick but there's one downside they don't put enough meat in their stromboli on the edges is just pure bread and the price of their cheesecake that they charge the cheesecake is just too small of a slice for that price“
“Yummy :) we were 2 hours from home and despairing of a place to eat at 9p, and stumbled across this gem!Pizza, chicken parm sub, cheesy fries, and super yummy rotisserie chicken over pasta… all amazing! Don’t forget the tiramisu!!!Kid-friendliness: Great for kids… lots of good options!Wheelchair accessibility: Curb cut out for easy access.“
“We are in town from Wisconsin visiting our daughter for Thanksgiving. We decided that we wanted pizza on Friday so my daughter suggested NY Pizza, we went to the really crowded one first, didn't feel like waiting for a table so decided to head over to Tate st.. Great decision! It wasn't crowded and the food and the service was excellent.“
“Great job and congratulations on getting and keeping a superb Sicilian restaurant and pizza ??!!Thanks again for delivering to E. Bragg St Greensboro location and the street is fixed so please feel free to deliver some yummy rice balls and Sicilian pizza!I might order something tonight?Sincerely,King David Evans International Boss and Bella Bean Evans“
“Great food. Great people. Hand soap dispensers work in both bathrooms and at all hand sinks.Dietary restrictions: They have two different gluten free doughsParking: Plenty of parking with handicap spots.Kid-friendliness: Chicken finger and pizza by the slice meals. Three different juice selections.“
“Update: Still out favorite! Tonight we got take out for my birthday. Amazing pizza and garlic knots, and I tried the Elizabeth's pasta (chicken and eggplant) and it was incredible! This is hands down our favorite Italian restaurant. The pizza is excellent (amazing white pizza too)! We've never had anything that wasn't excellent whether we were dining in our getting take out.“
“Look, I'm a pizza snob. I grew up on Bronx and Brooklyn pizza. The pizza here is definitely acceptable. Don't let the 4 stars fool you - it is not the new York pizza I grew up with, but I'm not likely to find local pizza I rate higher.“
“This is the first time I came here, the pizza slices are huge , I got the kid cheese slice that also comes with a 10oz cup for $3.80, I got 2 of them thinking they would be average size, your child would only need one slice, the cheese slice I got was also $3.80.Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese optionsKid-friendliness: Kids menu“
“The best pizza I've tasted in Greensboro. Tried other Elizabeth's Pizza locations, but... always come back here. Staff is friendly and fast. They make our pizzas just like we like them: extra large, extra cheese and well done, perfectly toasty crust??“
“Based out of a Pit Stop gas station on Alamance near MLK. They have great food. Fried gizzards, fried chicken livers, tenders, fried chicken, wedges, etc. They're cheese steak, rice, tzatziki, and falafel are very good as well. Plus the owners are good guys. Friendly service. Definitely recommend.“
“Met friends for dinner who are fans of this place and halfway point for us both, so it's convenient. Great food. Friendly wait staff. Cozy atmosphere with fireplace going when it's cold outside. Our waitress was accommodating, allowing us to sit and talk way past finishing dinner.“
“I just want to say that there pizza is amazing,I just feel like they need to take there time and actually make sure that the pizza is fully done especially with there pizza being high priced..I know they say u get what you pay for the quality of the pizza is good I can only speak on that everything else I can’t , there really shouldn’t be no reason why I bring pizza home to actually recook it and make sure the dough is actually done !! But there pizza shop gets the rating I gave them they looked like they were short handed as well with no counter girl“
“Oh soooo Good!Seemlessly placed online order, which included a 5% discount, for the Bruchetta pizza and the Bejta's Special pizza. Both pizza pies were Amazingly delicious! Dough was fresh and not heavy, just the right texture. Delivery was prompt and the driver very cordial. No more Domino's for me. #bejtaspizza ?“
“Elizabeth's is an awesome place to grab a bite in Greensboro. A cozy Italian atmosphere with a wide variety of options, you don't want to miss out. I would highly recommend any of the pizzas or the Baked Ziti. If you want something non-Italian, grab the cheesesteak! Caesar salad is good too. The portions are all a very good size and the prices are great for the quality of food that you're receiving. Staff is also always incredibly friendly and there are multiple locations so try them all!“
“Ate here last night with a group to celebrate a birthday, and talk about some really good food! Even the starter bread and dip was tasty, which is inpressive. For appetizers, the bruschetta was really fresh and delicious, and the perfect amount of garlicky - it was very well done. We also got an order of fried mozzarella, which was good, but needed a little bit of tweaking. The cheese itself had a great taste and an awesome cheese pull; however, it could have used a few more minutes in the fryer, and the breading was very greasy. For some reason, the restaurant opted to serve it on a bed of random romaine lettuce clippings, which was certainly a (questionable) choice. Our entrees were excellent across the board: the shrimp parmigiana was the best I've had, on par with my favorite Little Italy restaurant in NYC, which is truly saying something. Same thing with the chicken parm. The rotisserie chicken here is on another level - the skin is delightfully crispy and well seasoned, and the meat itself was juicy. The lobster ravioli was generously stuffed and the vodka sauce on top made it that much better. Both pizzas - pepperoni and chicken alfredo - were flavorful and the crusts were perfect on both. The limoncello cake was a delicious, light palate cleanser, and the ice cream was a unique but yummy experience as well. The only thing I can really say as far as room for growth is the service: there were some times that our drinks went empty for a long time, with our server nowhere to be seen - which I wouldn't have given as much thought if they had been slammed. Also, I know it's for ambience, but it's really dark in this place, to the degree that it's hard for some of us vision impaired folk to see the menu. All in all, though, a good experience with some delicious food, and I'll definitely be back.“
“Was out Dashing, accepted an order for this place and while I waited a thought about what I wanted to eat for dinner tonight. I ended up returning to Moe’s, or Fox’s (that’s its name on DoorDash), and ordered a steak and cheese and I was pleasantly surprised. The onions were well caramelized and sweet (a lot of places barely cook them enough). Good portion of steak and a 12” was $10 plus tax… most of the other places in town charge $13-$14 for a steak sub that size.Solid choice, looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.“
“If you've never had Papa Murphy's Pizza, you're missing out. It's really delicious, even reheated, and I am not a "reheat the pizza" person. There is no seating, so really, there's no atmosphere to speak of, because it's take n bake pizza - you order what you want, they wrap it in plastic wrap, and then you take it home and cook it in your own oven. We always get the thin and crispy crust, and it's delicious.Parking: This is a very small parking lot for a strip that includes Starbucks, Papa Murphy's, a hair salon, a yogurt place, and an orthodontist.“
“Pizza is very good. Everything seems to be made upon arrival per your order so that's a plus. Lunch specials are reasonably priced as well. I will be coming again.I must say that I'm a bit torn because I had a very good experience during my visit, they even corrected a mistake and was very kind about it. I see in other reviews how the owner responds sometimes to negative reviews, and it just doesn't align with my experience and the excellent customer service I experienced during my visit. If I may to the owner, sir/madam, even if someone gives a not-so-good review, responding in a negative tone reflects poorly on your business, which from my experience, has shown thus far to be first class in customer service by the way they treated me. If customers complain, fine, perhaps acknowledge their complaint by apologizing for the mishap because no one is perfect, and kindly let them know that Nostra's will try to do better next time.I also want to thank the owner for taking time out of his/her day to see what customers are saying. I think that says a lot and that you care about how customers view your establishment. I for one, will be making a return visit soon! Good day.“
“The food is good. The waitresses are great. But the drunks in the bar drive me nuts. I usually get take out. Love the food.Vegetarian options: I get pizza wit tomatoes and cheese fries. They also have the chips and hoagies.. will work with you to make it vegetarian.“
“My family and I visited this location for the first time with two toddlers. They had a very fun time with the different games. We stayed for about two hours and arrived at about 1130am. The staff was very kind, helpful and engaged. The facilities itself was clean and free of smells which was very important to us. The restroom was clean as well. We ordered some food and was able to find seating without issues also. I would definitely be back to visit.“
“I get the food to go and delivered. It's always very tasty, hot and a great price. Plus, they are so kind and happy to greet me. I have zero complaints. My kids also love the potato skins and cheese fries.Vegetarian options: Salads, pastas, calzoned, pizzas, appetizers“
“We stopped in for lunch before we went shopping at G Mart and we were really impressed with the delicious and well seasoned cheesesteak sub. The owner is so nice and is a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend this little spot the next time you are in the area and need a tasty meal.“
“I have ordered a pizza to pick up online from Marco's Pizza several times. Every time my order was ready for pickup right on time. The pizzas are very well topped and extremely tasty. The employees are always very friendly too. I will definitely continue to order my pizzas here.“
“It took us forever to pay when we first walked in, like literally standing at the front door almost 10 minutes while the guy tried to figure out the cash register. Other than that it was good. The pizza at the buffet was hot and kept coming. The upper seating area is great for extra privacy or young kids. The arcade is small but good things in the quarter machines!“
“Ordered pizza and garlic knots to-go, so I can't comment on atmosphere too much, but small and cozy, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Seemed to be family owned and operated. Pizza was very good and garlic knots had a ton of garlic which I loved! I will be back.“
“I have been getting food at this restaraunt for almost 20 years. I moved to the Lake Norman area about 7 years ago, but I still stop by to get food anytime I am in the area to visit family. Their greek salad is exceptional. Pizza is wonderful. Their steak and cheese is my favorite out of all the ones I have eaten. I love their homemade chips.Kid-friendliness: They do not neccessarily have kid meals, but my kids love their pizza and steak and cheese subs. I can split a small steak and cheese sub between 4 small kids.“
“I've been here twice for the Beta Club convention, both times they've met my expectations. The service was awesome and quick, and it's nice to actually see someone make your pizza. And the slices are HUGE. The calzone is also super good too.A calzone and drink cost about $13 including taxes, while a regular cheese slice and drink was about $10- 12 dollars from what I remember.“
“I Love this Domino's on Randleman Rd. The staff is so friendly, the food is on time & delicious. Just ordered from them AGAIN!! Yess sooo excited ?Parking: Parking is good as long as they ain't crowed.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.“
“Freshest pizza I've had in a long time.. only issue is the large pizzas are now what used to be the medium sized pizzas..pizza sizes used to be small 12", medium 14", large 16". Now, the large pizza is only 14".Parking: There is not enough parking considering all the business they have crammed into such a small area. Appears they have about 30 spaces with 4 if them being handicapped for a pizza place, hair salon, large pet store, and another restaurant at the other end of the strip mall.“
“Been going here for over 7 years. They have the best Philly cheesesteak in Greensboro. The food is fresh and the space is vibrant and exciting. The guys in the back are always making fresh pizzas, rolling out dough, marinara sauce, toppings, etc. It’s fun to watch them make their HUGE pizza. I think the food is delicious here. They have a cool loyalty system as well. Go here and enjoy some good Italian food. Fahgettaboutit!“
“Only got my order messed up one time in 7 years and it was a big order $ 110 worth of pizza we also got salads and dipping sauce and bread knots multiple desserts the food was still very good but it was a big mess most people would not have eating it because of how bad it all looked but the very next day they replaced the entire with no charge and it was perfect and I have never had any other issues mostly came on time only a few times it arrived 10 to 20 minutes sooner than expected Great group hard working to be able to not mess up but one time and i believe I was a good reson for the messy food they take pride in their jobs“
“Really really loved this place! My husband and I just moved our family across the country and happened to try this place. The service was 10/10. The recommended great options, were unbelievably kind to our young children, attentive to additional sauces, napkins etc. Rosa and Mario are the BEST!!The food was very very good! We had a classic pepperoni pizza, a kids meal (was 10/10 good enough for adults), and wings. The wings were our favorite and the pizza was as good as some I’ve had in NYC and Rome. This place is run by a true Italian family who has immigrated to the states and Greensboro is lucky to have them here!! Easily has become our families new favorite go to pizza place!“
