“We have ordered pizza from Luigi's several times and it has been consistently amazing. I grew up on New Haven style pizza and I am so happy to have found "real" pizza here. everything from the crust to the sauce, cheese, and toppings is done right!“

The toppings were generous, and everything tasted fresh. What really stood out was how easy the online ordering process was, plus the delivery was fast, and the driver was super friendly. Overall, a satisfying experience, and I'd definitely order again!“

“Tastes like Papa Johns. Rarely have an issue with the pizza. However, they tend to forget Added on sauces when delivering. If not for that, they would get 5 stars. Employees are polite. We have a family of 5, including teenagers, so we order a lot of food.“

“Went for dinner tonight.

The staff was very friendly and I really appreciated the manager and how he handled each situation. Watched as I was waiting for our food (which took about 15 minutes for a stromboli, calzone and a kids slice of cheese pizza). As someone who has worked in multiple restaurants and hand many managers I appreciated him. Never once looked stressed or annoyed and genuinely seemed to enjoy his work.

100% will eat here again.

Not really crowded at lunch on Wednesay at 12:00. And service was quick and dining room was large and clean. Plenty of parking. Building and signage is a bit older and kind of old school but do not let the outside stop you from going inside and enjoying a large menu. Dine in and carry out. “I live right down the road and hadn’t given this place a try. Ordered a pizza on a Sunday and when the gentleman told me the price I was shocked. 11.99 for a large cheese pizza. Cannot find that anywhere. So I’m thinking.. ok, pizza isn’t gonna be that good. Boy was I wrong. The atmosphere is a tad bit dull, more of an authentic Italian feel.. so my hopes weren’t so high yet. The gentleman at the counter was super nice, and my pizza was already ready. As far as the quality, 10/10. Sauce was amazing and there was an extremely healthy amount of cheese. I’m definitely coming back to try more menu items, but the pizza was AMAZING!“

The entire staff is friendly & aims for the ultimate customer experience .The bus staff works hard to clear the tables and keep the floors clean .The bathrooms are always kept clean also. And their pizzas & buffet bars never disappoints. The food is always fresh & good .Plus they have a nice arcade area set up to entertain the kids . Highly reccommend Cicis restauraunts , it's a wonderful family friendly place nestled in the Westridge shopping center .My famiky has always enjoyed going here .“

Ordered a medium white cheese and spinach pizza, and lasagna with garlic bread and a salad(was eaten before taking picture). We were impressed. It's a small, quaint, homey place. It’s lettuce, carrots, 4 cucumber slices, sprinkled with onion and 5 olives. Across the street at Rody’s, I can get more salad in my side salad for $2.99! You’re charging triple the cost they are. This is why your establishment is empty when we go there. You lost a family of customers today. EIGHTEEN DOLLARS FOR TWO SIDE SALADS is robbery.“

“First don't hate on a delivery place for no atmosphere. The workers don't look overly happy to work here, so the company could pay them more. It is clean well lit. Food is always consistently decent or good. Delivery service is pretty solid.“

“I ain’t here with my 12-year-old daughter when we were in town for a tennis tournament. The staff was very friendly and brought my daughter’s pasta quickly. It was a very large portion and good value and she really loved it. We brought half of it home for breakfast the next morning.
