“This place is a gem when looking for gluten free and vegan options. We got the crunch wrap, chili fries, cheesecake and cookies and they were gluten free. Everything tasted delicious. All the flavors were well balanced and tasty. We really appreciated how everything was homemade. They also had some specials like Indian style stew which we got to try…. It was wonderful and we would definitely order plus the crunch wraps.

The atmosphere wasn’t anything to write home about and parking was a little tough but I think that is to be expected in the city.

“My family and I have been residents of Kernersville for five years. Recently, I came across several positive reviews of Naples on the Kernersville 411 Facebook page, which prompted my family and I to give them a try. We have since dined there on two consecutive days. On Thursday, we had an dine-in experience, ordering two personal pizzas, a pasta dish, and a steak and cheese sub. The establishment was initially warm, but upon our seating, the staff promptly activated the fans and air conditioning, which contributed to a three-star rating for the ambiance. The food was served hot and was exceptionally flavorful, and the customer service was outstanding. Today, Friday, we placed a to-go order, which was ready in 20 minutes. We waited on the outdoor bench, and when our order was ready, a staff member brought it to the door, providing us with plates, napkins, Parmesan cheese, and crushed peppers. My family ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and an 8-inch steak and cheese sub. We are now thoroughly impressed and intend to become regular customers.“

“I had a really great experience at Domino’s, and I honestly wanted to take the time to recognize the excellent customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and organized, and everything seemed to be running smoothly. What really stood out, though, was John. He was an amazing help throughout the entire process. He greeted me with a positive attitude, was very patient while answering my questions, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.

It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely seems to care about making sure customers have a good experience, but John definitely did. He went above and beyond to be polite, professional, and attentive, which made a big difference. My food came out fresh, hot, and exactly on time, and the whole interaction just felt easy and pleasant.

Because of the great service I received, I’ll absolutely be coming back again. “I normally don’t write reviews. This was My Family and I first time here. It’s nothing fancy but it was nice. We had a big group (12) there was enough seating for us and our food came out fairly quick. There was an issue with our pizza being dropped (things happen) The lady at the counter was very nice and apologetic. They already had a new pizza in the oven and offered us chips or fries while we waited. Which the pizza came out in no time, she even brought it to us and apologized again and asked if we needed anything else. The young man busing tables was very friendly and helpful. I wish I would have got their names to give them kudos but they unfortunately don’t have name tags.“

“This is my second time having Marco’s Pizza and honestly the food there is pretty good. Flavor is amazing and better than papa johns in my opinion. Employees were very welcoming and nice. I also like they cooks show you the pizza before they give it to you making sure that it’s all good. However I don’t know if it was the pizza or not but my stomach was upset after.. Overall pretty good for a local pizza place 👍“

“I usually frequent the locations closer to home, but a couple of weeks ago I was in the area and decided to grab a pizza from this location. I’m not sure what they do differently, but I’m here to tell you this location is superior to the others!

I asked the manager, Leticia, what they were doing differently than the other locations, and her reply was, “Nothing—we just follow the recipe, and I make it with love!” I’ll be changing my home store.

“VERY LONG TIME CUSTOMERS HERE: we love this place but whenever we call in whoever takes delivery order is just so dang rude. We used to order of GrubHub but the fees have gotten outrageous on there. A large stromboli from there if you order on grubhub is 18.99 + tax and fees. If you call in you don't have to worry about getting charged double but it's almost worth it because they cannot understand anything you say“
