Recently, I came across several positive reviews of Naples on the Kernersville 411 Facebook page, which prompted my family and I to give them a try. We have since dined there on two consecutive days. On Thursday, we had an dine-in experience, ordering two personal pizzas, a pasta dish, and a steak and cheese sub. The establishment was initially warm, but upon our seating, the staff promptly activated the fans and air conditioning, which contributed to a three-star rating for the ambiance. The food was served hot and was exceptionally flavorful, and the customer service was outstanding. Today, Friday, we placed a to-go order, which was ready in 20 minutes. We waited on the outdoor bench, and when our order was ready, a staff member brought it to the door, providing us with plates, napkins, Parmesan cheese, and crushed peppers. My family ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and an 8-inch steak and cheese sub. We are now thoroughly impressed and intend to become regular customers.“

Not really crowded at lunch on Wednesay at 12:00. And service was quick and dining room was large and clean. Plenty of parking. Building and signage is a bit older and kind of old school but do not let the outside stop you from going inside and enjoying a large menu. Dine in and carry out. “I had a great experience with this Domino's Pizza location. I placed a call-in order for takeout, and even though I was given a 20-minute pickup estimate, they had the food ready in less than 15 minutes. The service was incredibly fast, and the staff members working inside were polite and professional.

When I went in to pick it up, I noticed right away how clean and well-organized the entire facility is.

As for the food, it was fresh, hot, and delicious. I got their large three-topping special for $9.99 and ordered pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom. It’s lettuce, carrots, 4 cucumber slices, sprinkled with onion and 5 olives. Across the street at Rody’s, I can get more salad in my side salad for $2.99! You’re charging triple the cost they are. “I normally don’t write reviews. This was My Family and I first time here. It’s nothing fancy but it was nice. We had a big group (12) there was enough seating for us and our food came out fairly quick. There was an issue with our pizza being dropped (things happen) The lady at the counter was very nice and apologetic. They already had a new pizza in the oven and offered us chips or fries while we waited. Which the pizza came out in no time, she even brought it to us and apologized again and asked if we needed anything else. The young man busing tables was very friendly and helpful. I wish I would have got their names to give them kudos but they unfortunately don’t have name tags.“

We Shaq-a-roni.. we were missing some items, it was completely the door dashers fault, she admitted forgetting them, went back to her car then speed off without coming back to our door. We have a ring bell… so now we are missing wings and 5 cheese sauces.. so I call the store. DYLAN was AMAZING!! Explains my cheese sauces were in another box that I did receive!! And explained he had problems with the dasher driver earlier in the evening.. the pizza is delicious!!! And Dylan refunded the item I was missing, but also offered to remake it and have it resent as well as a future credit with the store.
