It was great! We learned that online prices/ coupons/deals can be different than in store. It was a lesson that pinched my purse today, but the service more than made up for it. I'll be ordering online next time.
I ordered a big box a couple weeks ago and did a survey because the breadsticks were so burnt we had to throw them away. The manager emailed and stated if there’s anything they could do, to let him know. I requested at least a coupon for free breadsticks (which I never request, usually the restaurant OFFERS as part of service recovery). I never heard back from management.
