“Overall my family & I enjoyed the food & service including the drink. The waitress just confused me saying the rasta pasta was cajun but mild, I did however learn it is mild but my entire life cajun is spicy. We visited from Philly & I think the owner is from Philly too. I can see definitely eating there in the future. Oh & the cheese steak rolls are delicious!“

“Just had my first experience with Scratch this afternoon. I ordered a 3 pc Tender in Nashville Hot and the 4 pc Cajun Seafood egg rolls. Y'all really knocked it out of the park. The NH had a strong bite but wasn't overpowering, and the egg rolls are just amazing. 10/10, will definitely return!“

Bee went above and beyond to make sure that my money was refunded and she kept an open line of communication throughout the process. “The melts are fantastic!! They're thin crust (so less carbs) and lower fat. I asked mine to be vegetarian and they were very accommodating. It had cheese, mushrooms, onions and green peppers. Delicious! Staff was very friendly and polite.“

“I ordered the beef lo mein, and as the store name implies, it "taste good".
I called in my order and arrived about 10 mins after, I was quoted an oddly specific time of 7 mins. However, when I arrived I waited about 10 more mins for the food. That being said, it was fresh so I'm not complaining.
The lobby isn't what you would call inviting or necessarily clean. The menu is old printed paper with typos but they also have the classic menu at the counter. See attached pics.
They do try to distract you from the 90 health rating with a decoration hanging in front of it.“
