“I come here often and have even brought business to this place. Today for the first time I was served a chopped hamburger on nachos and when I sent it back the "GM" was very rude and told me that I should have told them I didn't want a hamburger on my food because it's still "beef".. I am disgusted by the service I received today and before the restaurant responds I DARE you to look at those cameras and see who was in the wrong. This was simply another case of a white woman using her privilege to weaponize the police. Work on your customer service and de-escalation skills. Calling the police on a paying customer because they don't like your food as they are agreeing to leave is even more disgusting than the food was today. 0 stars if I could“

“Just had my first experience with Scratch this afternoon. I ordered a 3 pc Tender in Nashville Hot and the 4 pc Cajun Seafood egg rolls. Y'all really knocked it out of the park. The NH had a strong bite but wasn't overpowering, and the egg rolls are just amazing. 10/10, will definitely return!“

You can tell she genuinely cares about customer service and making people feel welcome. Our order came out quickly, everything tasted great, and she checked in on us at the perfect times without being overbearing. “ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“

“I want to thank Bee the Manager, Destiny and Sarah for their great customer service. I placed an online order that was never delivered via DoorDash. Bee went above and beyond to make sure that my money was refunded and she kept an open line of communication throughout the process. Destiny and Sarah made sure to contact not only her but me to let me know when she would be contacting me with a resolution. Needless to say I was able to get a refund and still went to another location after work due to their store being closed to still make a purchase. They went above and beyond. Thanks ladies ❤️❤️❤️“

“I ordered from their menu a meat lovers pizza and the mild wings. When I received the order my husband and I were amazed at how good the food was. I am here for a family members funeral and staying at the hotel. I tell you they are very good,everything done in a timely manner,I received my food as promised. Thank you so much for an enjoyable meal.“
