“Horrible experience at Chick Fil A tonight. I ordered my food on the App. I went inside to retrieve my order, my name was on the bag with the correct. I get home and the order is completely wrong. I drive back to Chick Fil A and tell them about the wrong order. They REFUSED TO GET ME THE correct order without the BAG!!!! I had the receipt and order on my phone. My husband had to bring the bag with the wrong item. I’ve never felt so disrespected!!! Horrible experience!!! They deserve 0 stars.“

The personnel was very kind and patient, and they worked quickly! After receiving my drink and taking a seat, I finished my order in less than five minutes! In addition, the meal is delicious and well presented! I adored the atmosphere, which was just what I had anticipated!“

“I can't speak on the service or atmosphere because I door dashed my order but the food is incredible. I got the 3 piece fried with beans and an empanada and I have to say, some of the best fried chicken in Greensboro. Flavorful and juicy. The beans were well seasoned and the empanada was delicious.“

“This, I think, is the Chick Fil A to go to in Greensboro now. It’s almost 5 stars. A little dirty inside but it’s getting better. It’s way better than the one at Friendly Shopping Center. The service at all the CFA in Greensboro have just never gotten back to what they were before COVID. We had the 30 piece nugget meal. It was very good.“

“Based out of a Pit Stop gas station on Alamance near MLK. They have great food. Fried gizzards, fried chicken livers, tenders, fried chicken, wedges, etc. They're cheese steak, rice, tzatziki, and falafel are very good as well. Plus the owners are good guys. Friendly service. Definitely recommend.“

“I normally take food to go, but this one time, I forgot my milkshakes on the parking lot. Staff was so kind that they remember who I was and reimburse me for the one I left behind. They really had outstanding customer service. Not because of the milkshakes, they are usually nice to everybody, and they do their job real well. I love chick fil a. “Had a catering order here and made the mistake of ordering for AM instead of PM. The manager on duty was very kind and helped resolve the issue even though it was our fault. The staff all took good care of me while I waited. I visit this restaurant about once a week and everyone there is very kind. The food is given hot and delicious.“

The service is ALWAYS impeccable at any and every chil fil a u go to! Inside and outside are always cleaning and employees are always steadily cleaning up! With a SMILE!! They're outside in the drive thru coming to you to take ur order ...like I said across the board chick fila delivers!!!!..... Oh and of course most locations have a clean and much loved play place for the littles!!!“
