This Chick-fil-A location is on UNC-G's campus, so I know they are super busy. Unfortunately, most of our group ended up with something wrong in our orders. They did fix the problems, but they weren't very friendly about it (which is not the norm for this chain). The food was good, but the level of service could be improved.
A great chickfila in addition to UNCG’s campus. The food is always good and it is fresh when I get it. It’s the best during lunch. Don’t let the long lines make you go away from the place. They are fast and get the food to you quickly. It’s helpful if your in a rush to go to class.

Normally Chick-fil-A is on point, it's very rare that they make a mistake but tonight was insane. They didn't have the materials to make the salad, which is fine. But the worst part is all the nuggets and chicken sandwiches tasted like burnt smoke. It literally tasted like they cooked the food in burnt oil and it was completely inedible. Horrid experience
