I want to thank Bee the Manager, Destiny and Sarah for their great customer service. I placed an online order that was never delivered via DoorDash. Bee went above and beyond to make sure that my money was refunded and she kept an open line of communication throughout the process. Destiny and Sarah made sure to contact not only her but me to let me know when she would be contacting me with a resolution. I’m here at UNCG for summer music camp and during my free time the other day, me and 3 other friends went to East Coast Wings and even though the lady was working in the front and back all alone, she was the sweetest person ever telling jokes and just being a great person. On top of that the food was THE BEST. I totally would come back again!
I love the variety of food and sauces. The food is always great and so is the customer service. Birthday rewards are an excellent bonus as well!
