Just waited 35 minutes for just a biscuit.
Food is usually always well made. The place is tiny and crowded especially when a lot of people want Bojangles.
The service could be a lot better. There's usually a significant wait if you don't order online and then come 20 minutes later or so. Earlier this week I went there with my friend, and we both ordered online. My order was ready when I got there but my friend's order had an over 1 hour long wait. They drive-thru was incredibly slow. The folks working there were super nice, though. Which makes things way nice to deal with. Didn't get a utensil to eat with or my fries, but they corrected it and, again, super nice. Makes everything manageable.
